This glass rinser is a must-have! It was easy to install and fits perfectly next to my sink. It works just like the ones in coffee shops powerful and efficient. Leaks due to design flaw
I'm a contractor and I'm quite knowledgeable about plumbing and this thing leaks out of the sprayer after use. I pull up on it and it'll stop if hold it up so it doesn't have a strong enough spring or whatever mechanism is used to hold it closed and sealed. Wasting water this way and the manufacturer needs to fix the design flaw. I'm probably going to return it. Cleans good but can't have a constantly leaking fixture.

Works great
I like this cup washer. My only disappointment with it was that it was not brushed nickel like everything else I ordered. I ended up thinking how it at least matched the stainless steel sink so that wasn't so bad.

Leaks and low pressure
No pressure and it leaks , I have installed at least 5 over the years for friends and family, this is by far the worst one I have gotten , returned and bought something else
