The media could not be loaded. I had bought their pizza wheel a few months ago and was super happy. It was time to replace our peeler and decided to go with Dalstrong. The quality and weight is perfect. Super sharp and comes with a few other just as sharp attachments. Easy to use. Looks cool too.

I thought all Vegetable peelers were all the same, I was wrong this Dalstrong peelers are just like there knives Sharp and effortless to use, like knight and Day! I own about 23 of there knives after using my first knife I ended replacing all my knife to the SHOWGUN Series with a 63 Level Hardness and they have 67 layers to them folded like a Samurai Sword. Easy to use and easy to clean. LOVE ALL THERE PRODUCTS!

This is a well made and SHARP kitchen tool. However, any little slip, and it can take the top of your finger off! Be careful!!

This peeler is very expensive but well worth it, I have no trouble getting things done quickly and efficiently with this.

After getting tired of the basic kitchen peeler I finally went with one of the Y shaped peelers. I went with Dalstrong only because the blades can be changed based on how artistic you want your peel to be. It also came with a blade protector and a custom built box with magnetic holder. This will keep you from losing the blade kit and also keep you blade from getting banged around in a drawer.So I had a full night of vegetables for both dinner and a salad with lots of peeling ahead of me. And from the first peel you will wonder why you waited so long to buy one. As I've seen other chefs do, I can just pull it down and the skin disappears very rapidly as the item is rotated. I also had plenty of control so I could leave thin, green skin stripes on the cucumber so the slices looked extra special. Carrots again were not a problem. Potatoes were a different beast. Cleaning out clefts and eyes were not an easy task and the peeler did not provide any tool for easy eye removal. But I still feel, overall, this is a winning buy for anyone considering a Y handled peeler.

This sucker is not kidding around when it says "razor sharp". Just ask my local urgent care. The ability to switch peelers is great too, plus they're easy to switch and come in a convenient little box. It definitely has good heft and feels natural in your hand. I would call it BIFL.
