If you are feeling backed up or need a little extra help drink a glass of this and i promise you it will allllll come out. The taste is just eh but mixed with lemon and honey it’s actually pretty good. 👍🏻 if you drink it at night before bed be prepared to go in the am, like throughout the am 🤣.

I have used it for years. I recommend it every chance I get. It works and quick. Usually within the day. I have very little to no discomfort when taking it.
