Audio-Visual Direct Glass Dry-Erase Board Mobile Stand (5' x 3.4') Stand ONLY, Does NOT Include Board

I've been using Audio-Visual Direct whiteboards in my company's offices for years. This stand just makes it more convenient to do so. We just relocated to a new building and the thought of re-mounting 22 white boards, especially after patching the holes from the old ones, wasn't pretty. So - since we had the space, we decided to use stands for as many as we could. And, this stand, being built specifically for our whiteboards, worked out perfectly. It's not as attractive as the white boards are, but that can be overlooked. The foam padding in the clamp areas along each side wasn't properly mounted in a few of ours, but once we got the board in there, it presented no further problems. It was very easy to assemble and if you use the right white board, it fits perfectly. I'm super happy with this upgrade. And, it has resulted in various employees bringing their white board with them to meetings. I guess, when you already have everything mapped out in your office, why draw it again. Awesome product. Awesome company!!

I purchased the clear glass dry erase board along with this rolling easel to support it. The glass and easel both arrived quickly and packaged very well. When mounted in the easel the glass is supported by the left and right edges only and when laying flat the glass flexes about 1/4” in the middle (top and bottom edges) if you don’t use the supplied marker rail that clips to the bottom of the glass. The rail acts as a support to prevent flexing. I hadn’t intended to use that rail to keep a clean look with the clear glass, but now must to prevent flexing when the glass is rotated. Ideally, if the top and bottom were supported by the easel the glass would not flex and the market rail wouldn’t be necessary

A good solution for those who do not want to mount the glass board on the wall. The wheels can be locked, yet the board cannot be locked in position. It requires for the side knobs to be very tight; otherwise, the board wabbles as you write on it. Perhaps an extra locking mechanism would help. I regret getting a glass board; I missed the good-old whiteboard. :( Revised product review. After using the stand for a week, I can state that I hate it! First, Im constantly tripping due to the base being so long and thick. Second, i need to hold the board as I write, otherwise, the board would start to spin. The wheels are a joke. I placed a heavy object to hold the board, otherwise it will move. Lastly, the so called tray is a very cheap piece of metal that folds all the time, even with no markers. I just gave up and removed it completely. Eight-month update: still not satisfied with the board and its stand. The board reflects a lot and it is disturbing for students. The board requires special markers, very expensive I might add when compared to good, old dry erase markers.

Very sturdy frame. Holds the clear white board great. Didn’t fit the board I ordered it for. Didn’t have time to send back due to holidays. Good thing my BF is crafty. He had to drill out the holes to make it fit. For the price of the board and glass one would think the would fit together. So if you are thinking about buying this, make sure you have a drill and 1/2” bit handy to make the hole 1/4”-3/8” bigger.
