Cat loves it. He has no interest in the scratching post I bought ages ago, so I thought I'd try this instead, and it's worked out much better. Not only does it protect the edge of the armchair, but he seems to prefer using it to scratching any of my other furniture. I think the reason he likes it more than the scratching post is he can really stretch out around it. Plus, it has a base that goes under the leg of the chair which keeps it really stable.

I had high hopes but the cat just ignored it. Typical feline.

Our rescue boy is a bit claw sharpener and this has saved the sofa about a million times over, so much so that he's also worn it out and it's probably time to buy a new one! Definitely one to have!

While the rest of my flat may not be safe from the scratching, at least my sofa is! My cat definitely likes to use this thing. Especially when she incorrectly thinks. It's dinnertime.

Good protection for the sofas

This is fabulous item, worth every penny, had saved my couch from certain cat death and destruction. Only small down side was the mouse bit the dust in minutes, even when reattached multiple times, cat still loves the scratcher.I've had one for a couple of years and it is only now at a stage of falling apart and needing replacement.Now I need one of course they're all gone, noooooooo!
