CAPIRETE 20 - Spanish Reserve Sherry Vinegar - 750 ml

Arrived well packaged. Lovely bottle. I used this to make a salad dressing. It has an amazing taste and made such a difference to an otherwise average dressing. Will use this from now on and will definitely order again.

This is my 2nd purchase of this sherry vinegar & I wouldn't be without it in my kitchen. I add it to soups, sauces, stews, etc. It is good value for money as you only need a little bit for it to make a big difference.

Use it in all manner of dishes, great quality.

It's OK. it should be cherry vinegar, but it is thin and sour.

While this may technically be a sherry vinegar, it is truly the nastiest I've ever tasted. It is thin and sour - with absolutely no trace of the rich sweetness of even a mid-range product.I will use it for pickling, but that's really all it's good for - definitely one to stay well clear of in your Gazpacho or on your salads. UGH!
