JCB 4CX Backhoe Loader

This product was bought as a present for my 4 year old son who asked for a digger for Christmas. The product is very well made and a great size! He is going to be so happy with it. I like all the moving parts and that there is the option for two types of digging, the picture really doesn't do it justice as it is pretty impressive in person! Bought for a two year old lad who likes nothing more than using the loader as it was meant to be used (in the house and outside)- and who also loves battering it! It's very sturdy and robust, really easy to use, well-built, and survives being crashed into sofas/toy boxes/kitchen cupboards, as well as being thrown around. Highly recommend.

Good product

Bought this for my three year old grandson and it was immediately a bit hit. He and his 6 year old sister nearly came to blows over it- I may have to buy another one! They both love the firm articulation of the back and front moving parts. It’s big enough to be fun and take their little people as drivers without taking up too much room. It’s plastic, not metal (I was remembering the old Tonka toy adverts) but seems strong enough- don’t stand on it though! Very popular. Wish all the similar toys weren’t labelled ‘boy toy’.

This Bruder series of boys toys is great fun. I initially bought this as a one off for my grandson, but I was so impressed by the quality of build and accuracy to detail that I've decided to purchase others from this range. I closely inspected it for safety and even though my grandson has just turned four I had no misgivings regarding this aspect. I have bought a lot from Amazon over the years and I have never been let down by their highly competitive pricing. My boy will love this and I'm sure yours will too.

Fantastic playability- and the usual Bruder quality, both 6 2 year old love it (yes they have to learn the hard lesson of sharing!) strong enough to play in the garden- moving bits of sand and dry mud about the place! Very pleased!

brakes quite easily

Bought for our 2 year old grandson who just loves this type of construction vehicle. He is bright and picked up all the "driving" skills immediately as we expected. However, the pegs locating the front bucket did get broken after a few days of play. Although he still loves it and plays with it regularly it might have been better to wait for his motor skills to develop further - perhaps a good toy for 3 years plus. We did know this when we bought the toy and have no complaints about it as it is realistic and tougher than it might look or feel.
