Great addition to drum set
Best ten pounds I’ve ever spent on my acoustic drums. I’m using them mainly on hi hats and they give a lovely added ching sound, not tinny at all. Can obviously work on the ride and crash too. Well made from Meinl, at this price every kit should have one!

Excellent quality and sound
Fits around any cymbal or hi-hat and adds a great sound effect, a crisp ‘ching’. I’m not sure I’d like to hit the Jingle albeit it’s very well made. See many top players now using these hence my purchase from a recommendation.

Great product, awful name!
I bought this as I often play with my Hi-Hat locked as I use a double kick most of the time, this seems to negate the dead sound you often get if you're locked too tight and don't have time to open your hats whilst playing. Gives a slightly trashy, warm sound - literally like a tambourine. Definitely a wise purchase for myself, plus I get a good chuckle every time I tell my bandmates it's called a ching ring. Great price, too!The only downside is that I wish it were slightly louder.

Fun and inexpensive thingy to play with
This is a pretty cool thingy to add to your arsenal. On top of the hi hat it adds a little trashy brightness and bite to the closed sound and can be chinged and chingled nicely with the foot. On my dry ride it gives a very effecty sound. It pretty much kills the wash but sounds industrial and nasty and I can have fun with the sound. Put it on the snare or toms also for an interesting sound.

Just the job
Great for hihat or cymbals, gives a nice tambourine sound on the hats and adds a really nice crackle sound on a ride.

Very useful
I like this little ching ring. Stick it anywhere even on your snare/floor Tom or even a China Cymbal and you can create great effects. Handy for a small tambourine too.

Small little cring!
Super useful mini tambourine. I use it on my hi-hat, cymbals, snare drum etc. It immediately gives a different feel to whatever you mount it on.
