Bought this for my daughter.. she was struggling to adjust to the new school. It helped calm her and reduce the feeling of being anxious. I did not give to her in consecutive months but staggered it so as not to be habit forming. She doesn’t take it on a daily basis because I really don’t want dependency on the product. It still helped her though.

I'm 37 and thankfully I've never suffered from anxiety. Lately, I had been having difficulty staying asleep through the night. During the day I wasn't feeling fully awake and I had brain fog. Coffee was my only savior. I was looking for a supplement to assist with my challenges. This is my review after a week of using this product.My quality of sleep has greatly improved. I feel well rested when I wake up. That alone would've been enough for a 5 Star review from me.But the bonus of using Pattern Ashwagandha is the increased blood flow. I'm feeling like an 18 year old, if you catch my drift. I'm ready to go at any time of day from the moment I wake up. I was doing fine in that department before starting this supplement, but I'm not mad at these results at all. Got me feeling myself.I've been taking one pill in the morning after breakfast and another after dinner.
