Failed to charge iphone in under two months

This is an excellent product. It enables my iPhone 14 to be continuously charged. It’s bulk ans weight mean I need to carry it in a back or the like as its not comfortable in a pocket except in a large winter coat. Quite pricey and the instructions Raytheon sparse.

This i Phone 14 battery case has a lovely premium feel to it. My phone fits into it perfectly with all the buttons lined up and working as they should. The pass through wireless charging was a feature that I wasn't aware of(discovered it by accident) and it works just great. It came 3/4 charged so didn't talk long to get to 100% with the included cable> It will be perfect for giving you an extra boost if you're out and about for a long day and don't want to chance running out of charge. I've noticed a few people mention the cost compared to others, yes it seems more expensive but, and it's a big but, the cheaper battery cases I've looked at have much smaller batteries. So with this in mind I feel it's good value for money.

I first bought a Newdery battery case for my iPhone 11, and was so impressed with it except that the charging socket was absolute rubbish and let the whole case down dismally. I saw other people complained about it as well, it seems you made from a very soft metal and in no time at all was providing poor connection. Sadly, Newdery has not improved this fault, and the new case brought out for iPhone 14 pro has the same thought, but sadly as a force as well. Why this company decided to make the charging battery so much more powerful I just do not know, but it has resulted in making the case very thick and bulky, heavy and ugly looking. As for the spee of the battery charging the phone, I see no extra speed whatsoever. Furthermore, the button which size charging process, for some reason it’s quite difficult to operate. Overall I am so disappointed with this case, which is now very expensive and sadly, has no rivals that I have seen. Newdery, read what customers say about your products. It seems that you don’t. Follow up - 2023. My case for my iPhone 14 pro has become faulty within months of purchase. I am disabled with Multiple Sclerosis and needs a case of this kind because I have use only a few fingers of one hand, and I explain this when writing to let the company, because the case has become faulty. I had a very cheeky and unhelpful reply from the customer satisfaction team, so callied, in which I was told by a new one! I have replied to that person, and I have also reported to the seller as follows: ‘I am not reporting this seller, but Lisa, from your customer satisfaction team, whose response has been insulting and uncaring. Incidentally, since I am reporting this, please alter the metal you use for your lighting socket because it appears to be made from a soft metal which renders it unusable after little use. This has been brought to your attention by more buyers than me in the past but you appear to take no notice of what your buyers say.’ I will be interested to see what response I get.
