Both plants I purchased are healthy and are both lovely and nice sizes. Plenty of leaves, unfortunately, due to how they were packed they were bounced around and so I've lost quite a few leaves, which is a shame but thankfully it doesn't affect the aesthetics of the plants.

Bought to replace a plant that unhappily did not like his place, without much sunlight. This fellow is robust & looks good. Recommend for difficult areas where other plants may struggle to thrive.

Perhaps I was just unlucky but it came irregularly shaped, smaller than anticipated and so dry that as I took it out of the box leaves were falling off. Disappointed as I was excited to see it as the box looked great and to be fair was well packed. But it took up a little corner of the box. I obviously was unlucky in whoever chose to pack mine didn’t bother too much what plant I got. Shame as I’m usually a really positive reviewer if it’s a good product … it not brown but it was dry as a bone 🦴
