Whats the largest toy racetrack set made? How many feet of track comes included in the box?

It depends on the scale of track and the brand. For a 1/43 Carrera GO set, the 62480 DTM Master Class has a track length of a little over 29 feet. The 62522 Victory Lap is a close second with a little over 28 feet. The 62476 Disney Cars set is approximately 16 feet. All sets can be expanded with either track extension sets or individual track pieces of track as well as an extensive accessory line.

Can the analog set be converted to digital to use the wireless controllers

Carrera USA no longer supports Digital 143. The only wireless controllers currently available through the company are for 1/32 scale and will not work with a GO set. Although you can obtain Digital 143 wireless components from Europe, none of the GO cars available for sale will be compatible once the conversion is made. We strongly do not recommend.
