Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Relaxing Balm 200 ml (Pack of 1)

Love this. I have fine hair but loads of it. When I wake in the morning I have a fluffy lions main and look like Simba! This product calms my hair without making it heavy or greasy. Smells great too.

I have been using the Paul Mitchell Super Skinny serum for years and decided to try instead this because of the good reviews. This is just like a keratin Brazilian blow-dry but without the price tag and the lengthy process. My hair is naturally curly and very frizzy, especially when there’s a lot of humidity and moisture in the air nothing really tames it, but this is just amazing and keeps my hair frizz-free and easy to style. I use it on towel dried hair, blow-dry as normal then straighten it - You have to use hair straighteners to activate the product and there’s no need to re-apply the balm until the next wash. I have recommended this to so many people who have also said how brilliant it is.

I spent ages researching hair products that were vegan, cruelty free and actually did what they claimed to do. This product is perfect for styling hair, cutting down on drying time and dealing with frizzy, flyaway hair. I have very thick hair but only need a small amount so this bottle will last for some time. Vegan and cruelty free too!

I have soft Afro hair, after lockdown my relaxer had grown out. Not wanting to start relaxing my hair again, I have turned to this product. If used correctly it’s a good replacement for a chemical treatment. Follow the instructions and it does produce great results.

My hair is very flyaway and was hoping for a better result than I got

I have thick wavy hair and this is a great product that gives a professional finish, but you HAVE to put the styling effort in to get the best results, if your hair is very thick and dry I would recommend using three pumps of this and one pump of the super skinny serum for the best results. This balm works best when you blow dry your hair when it is towel dried first then apply the balm, and don't let your hair dry too much otherwise you won't get the best effect, but it does make blow drying your hair much quicker, I recommend a large round brush and aim the hairdryer down the brush for smooth locks.
