I may have received a defective product because the battery life is very short. After using it a couple times in succession, the LEDs go from 4 dots to 1. I had planned on using this to light tinder for a fire when camping or hunting. I don't see how that will be possible with no power source to charge it up after every use.UPDATE -The seller sent a replacement lighter. I waited a month to update the review just to make sure it didn't fail on me. The second lighter has been holding a charge. I have been able to light several candles multiple times on one charge. We will see if the replacement lighter holds up

Our neighborhood does annual luminary lighting, these are great for the kids who always want to help. Work perfectly, love that they are rechargeable. Would recommend.

Battery life is awful. It’s short lived. And when you do charge it, for the second time around, it’s completely dead. It won’t charge anymore. Several wires, several chargers later….it’s dead. Less than 2 days we had it and it’s not working. SAVE YOUR MONEY! THIS PRODUCT SUCKS! I need my money back.

Update: very helpful customer service. Barely used and already had to charge. Does not seem to hold battery. Other then that lights candles perfectly. But can't use it much.

Almost threw it away because I didn’t know how it works, but I like the color I like Christmas colors that’s why I got it charging is easy. The performance is fine. It lights perfectly after I figured out how to do. It wasn’t easy to use it first like I said almost throw it away because I didn’t know how to turn it on. Lol
