The title says most of it. As to the general effectivity of the compound, I can't say much due to the effects being relatively vague to begin with. However the product is good quality, and if you are in the market for ginkgo biloba, do get this one as it seems to be your best bet out of the main sellers of amazon.

I got this to try and home treat suspected pmdd/ extreme pms. I have been feeling much better after a couple of months of taking it, but I can’t be sure the ginkgo is the only reason as I am taking a few other supplements and vitamins. My brain however is quicker, my memory recall is better and I am more motivated then I have been for years. It seems to work best if you break the pill into two doses and have with separate meals. I did try taking two pills a day but it made me feel very odd and i don’t recommend more then one a day. It takes time to see results, but they fo happen. It can be dangerous if taken with ibuprofen, so I have had to replace ibuprofen with paracetamol in my cupboard.
