Long story but I hope info helps people with seborrheic dermatitis
Long term sufferer of seborrheic dermatitis I get it mild to moderate with red patches and scaling flakes also in scalp see my review of bioderma node ds shampoo for that.I Brought this along with the same range cream more on that after thisSo been using 3 days day 1 used day n nighg skin flakes almost dissappear face looks like I've been sunburnt but no issues with burning skin etc just a very red face so I give it the benefit of the doubt use my cream bioderma sensibio cream ds + ,day 2 repeat red scaly patches from seb derm are reducing and disappearing dare I dream still a red face but I can deal with this if it keeps my seb derm in Control as any1 with it will tell you it's hard to control , skin feels abit tight think the bioderma cream isn't powerful enough as obviously this range is designed more for seb derm so you got to be careful not to use any fats or oils much as seb derm is a yeast so thrives on moist fats and oils , now the cream contains coconut oil but obviously not much as I said my skin feels abit tight like I've had a face lift anyway onwards day 3 repeat process face redness going down abit but left with red patches no scales just patches which I'm sure I read means it's working and fighting the yeast of , in the mornings I wake to some flakes on skin with the red patches but the fall of easily again I'm assuming it's working as skin looks heaps better better than ever I've been taking pics of my progress I also get it on neck and chest area like scale patches and behind ear areas etc so far it's all clearing up , I'll add some other info in to help sufferers of this condition as I've tried all potions and lotions over the yrs had this at 15 no in my 30s after I researched alot and browsed forums I found effective treatment for seborrheic dermatitis was ketoconazole and miconazole nitrate so I tested the waters and dabbed my face with ketoconazole found in my nizoral shampoo I'd advise anyone very sensitive with skin to not do it or wash of after few mins as sometimes it stings if abit raw , I also brought daktarin intensiv as it's a antifungal cream and contains 2% of miconazole nitrate and been using this with my bioderma, so my routine has been the 2 shampoos nizoral and bioderma node ds shampoo along with bioderma sensibio ds+ soothing put cleaning gel and bioderma sensibio ds+ creme a dab of the nizoral shampoo on the red patches only and the daktarin intensiv cream to further kills the yeast , over all my skin is clearing fast the flakes have disappeared almost all gone , just the red face can deal with that as foundation will sort that out previous I was using purepotions skin salvation but it's greasy and oily and long term will make the yeast thrive on the face . Bioderma and daktarin is deffo worth a go if like me you tried everything else I have on a evening added aveno shea butter to parts of my face that felt to tight as It looked like I'd gained some wrinkles ; )UPDATE although good I've had to stop using this as it's just to harsh for me my skin was getting to tight and ďry so I've decided to stick with water and the sensibio ar h20 water instead along with alternating kenzocole and miconazole cream and trying the apple cyder vingar will update soon

Cleared my skin
I had a really dry itchy sore flakey patch of skin on my face for nearly a month - near my nose - I’ve been using this for a week or so twice a day following with my normal skin care and it’s almost cleared the patch of skinWell worth the money and it’s a huge bottle so will last for a good while. My skin also feels great and smooth so will continue using

Not for
It made my skin dryer, did not help the eczema on my face!

best face wash ever
My skin became blotchy, scaly, itchy and very red. This clear, perfume free gel soothed and smoothed my skin as well as getting rid of the redness. I have now bought 3 tubes and have found it very economical to use despite twice daily washes. The one mildly irritating thing about it is that the tubes are not easy to open and the first one I so manhandled that I could not properly close (it though I have continued to use it) however I could not travel with it. Since it was so effective I bought a new one and it was slightly easier to open and it does travel well. Altogether the best face wash ever.

I wish I'd taken pictures
...to illustrate just how well this stuff works. How it went for me: I had slight redness and peeling of my nasolabial folds, and increasing rednass/chapping/peeling just inside my nostrils. I'd never had it before and I couldn't figure out why moisturizer (and then, when it got worse, OTC hydrocortisone cream) wasn't working. Then I had a chalazion -- like a stye, except under my eyelid -- and, in my frantic frustrated search to figure out just what the heck -- I discovered that I must have a mild case of seborrheic dermatitis, which causes both. I confirmed that with a teladoc (who asked some pretty hilarious lifestyle questions, which made me think that there's quite a bit of unearned stigma around "sebderm"). After that 'distance diagnosis,' I bought this and Sebclair cream.TL/DL: In two days, it has resolved all but completely. There's a little bit of leftover nasolabial redness, but that's clearing up. No chapped feeling, no flakes, no discomfort.HUGE WIN. Buying again when this runs out.

Brilliant for seb derm, redness & sensitive skin
I have seb derm & have been trying everything on the market including steroid creams. This wash is great! Used around area affected (nose mouth & chin for me) it soothes and smoothes the skin.I’ve been using it for a week - twice a day and really noticed a difference. The scales / dry skin has gone. The area feels like my skin again. It’s reduced in redness and doesn’t feel sore anymore.I’ve since purchased the Sensibo DS+ cream to apply to the seb derm area and the DS Rich cream to apply to rest of my face. Also using the BB cream & micellar cleanser on rest of face (3for2 in Boots!).Really impressed with it all.Seems to suit my skin & hoping it lasts!Defo worth a try!

Great for dry or sensitive skin
This is a brilliant face wash for skin that is reactive to various unnecessary chemicals including perfume. It cleanses without drying out or irritating. I will be repurchasing this one.
