How do I send this item back for repair or replacement
Ideal for what I want to use it for, but it doesn't work. Please tell me where to send it for repair

Very useful
I've started moving to a lot of digital tools, like digital micrometer, digital angle, etc and this was just what I was looking for. Easy to calibrate and use, but I couldn't actually find any operating instructions, and while its simple enough to use, there are apparently functions that evident from the display that I'm not sure how to get to. Nevertheless, it is extremely well made and although I've not used it in anger yet, looks very robust. Just a little pricey, but you pay for what you get and if it lasts as long as I think it will, then it will be money well spent.

The buttons are very difficult to press
The buttons are very difficult to press, making it awkward to change modes without picking the level up. Also the audible signal would be more useful if it made the signal continuously.

FAULTY
LOOKS NICE BUT AFTER CALIBRATION OUT BY MINIMUM 0.20 DEGREES EACH TIME, returned for refund, will look elsewhere.

Not worth the money, even at half the price.
Returned the level as the magnetic base is too weak to hold it's own weight on 2" or smaller diameter pipes, the digital level seemed accurate enough on the 1st reading but after adjusting the surface several times until the level reads 0 you can see it's not from a mile off. The analogue bubbles are also inaccurate but I was advised by a Digi-Pas representative that they are purely decorative.
