Natures antibiotic in my opinion. Fantastic for dental issues
I swear by this stuff for mouth/dental issues, its always worked for me with gum pain and inflammation. You must use it first as a mouth rinse or gargle and then swallow it for the full benefits. I consider it natures antibiotic. The 2 pack was excellent value for money when I purchased it, I think for £8 or 9.99

I bought this many times and recommended it to others a lot as it is such a good remedy to have at home. We take it against bacterial infections and it helps also four mouth ulcers or gum related issues. It's versatile and no side effects.

Makes a decent warm drink with Manuka honey
Recovering from a very bad bout of laryngitis and sinusitis last week and just finished my antibiotics yesterday. I bought this and Manuka honey to make a warm drink that hopefully helps kill any lingering bacteria in my body. Propolis has a bit of a bitter taste but it’s not that detectable after adding a spoonful of Manuka honey. I’ll definitely be drinking this daily from now on. Have had 2 drinks today and I feel good. It leaves a waxy residue in the cup that won’t come off with soap and water. I looked online they recommended using alcohol (eg. Rubbing alcohol) and then wipe up with paper towel. Because propolis dissolves in alcohol.
