These clearly work. Tablet is large but the effects are noticeable (nails became quite strong, for example). I'd say these are worth the price.

Well, I have confounded my consultant. I have been taking four of these tablets daily now for about a year and my bone density has increased by 3%. This is an amazing improvement and he simply said "whatever you're doing, keep doing it". I tried prescription drugs many years ago and felt ill on them, so decided to help myself holistically (I am an holistic therapist after all!) I also do running and weight bearing exercises and try to eat healthily too. The bottles I receive have different labels on them but as far as I can see, the contents are the same. They are very large to swallow but I have no difficulty in swallowing them with a large gulp of water each time. I always take them with food, two in the morning and two in the evening. The main key is 'consistency' and you must take them daily. For me, and my consultant, I am his baffling success story, but he's slowly coming round to the fact that drugs are not always the answer! Otherwise, the quality feels solid, the ingredients are clearly listed on the bottle, and it’s handy finally having a proper breakdown since it isn’t shown on the product page.

Cant believe the negative comments and low stars just for the size of the tablets. Yes, they are a bit big, but its not an issue. Its what you would expect for the ingredients and dosage amount in each tablet. I broke my ankle bone and Ive been taking it and Im over half way through the bottle with no issues so far. Im probably going to buy another bottle as I like that it covers vitamin D and K, as well.

As you can see from the picture broke my fibula. Took these tablets and they worked so well I formed bone in between my fibula and tibula and had to have another surgery to remove it! So for me did more hard than good but that’s my fault they seem awesome to me and my friend who also had a tub them.
