With Water coolers it is more about compatibility with your case (size wise) and motherboard that you would have to think about. The processor will simply fit into the motherboard slot and take any cooling solution that is compatible with the motherboard and case. Having said that though you probably won't need water cooling with that processor a high grade fan cooler would probably do. If you want to have a compatible build I would suggest using PC part picker. If you google that web page you can slot in your hardware into the available fields and it will tell you if they are compatible with each other.
