a great snack
a great snack to take just after going to the gym or to get your protein fix pocket size so you can take it with you and enjoy it when your out and about i would highly recommend this also comes in different flavours

Changed recipe. Horrible texture
Changed recipe. They used to be five star in taste. The texture has changed. The oats seemed to have been mashed. They are horrible now.

They dont taste of much
Gives you what you need. But you have to drink a lot with it. It really is a gob stopper drying your mouth up. Doesn't taste of much.

Great tasting protein bar!
Absolutely love these, will likely be being again in future! Great coconut tasting protein bar, great for a snack in between meals, at work or even when out and about. Just be sure to have a drink at hand as well.

I do love a bounty
DYNO-MITE! I do love a bounty, so coconut flap jack is just the stuff!Grenade make the best protein bars I have tasted, but the coconut flap jack was delicious. Also for the price I got with this I could not argue!Worth the buy.

Tasty
Full of protein but quiet high in calories. If you're not on a calorie controlled diet these are perfect as a between meals snack. Tasty and satisfying.

falls short on protein but still good post workout snack
Protein per bar just 18g rather than 20-22g as usual bars.Because of the desiccated coconut, the product tastes dry compared to most oat bars.Would still recommend and also still use but maybe go for a product with a higher protein base.

Gusto pessimo!Sono arrivate due barrette in meno rispetto a ciò che prevedeva l'ordine.Consiglio vivamente di NON comprarle! Io sicuramente non lo farò.

Come gusto direi che non ci siamo ...ho mangiato di mooolto meglio..le uso quando sono in giro x non mangiare male come sostituto di un pasto in quanto ha un po di calorie e come spezza fame sono troppe almeno per me..non credo che le ricomprero'..prezzo nel complesso molto buono..
