A must buy for asthma sufferers. I had to come back a few months into buying the pipe to leave a review. I was really sceptical because it made 0 difference in the first week or so but I continued to press on. Then I gradually stopped using my blue inhaler completely (I still do preventive, morning and night as prescribed) but I no longer get wheezy in bed, or anywhere!! I cannot wrap my head around why I haven't bought this years ago. it completely eliminated my need for the blue inhaler and I am so happy. I have not used it for over 2 monthssss. I have mild asthma and it was usually the strongest during the night (or whenever horizontal) with wheezing and shallow breath. I hated it. I am in love with the fact it is now a distant memory and I will be back to buy a replacement so fast! I am a convert.

Seems expensive for what it is. Just a small container about 12cm tall with small holes at either end and salt in.

I don't often leave reviews but I feel like this product deserves one. It is quite possibly the best thing I have ever bought. Not only does it work, but it works fast. I have personally being using it for around 3 years and have bought multiple.It's helped with asthma, allergies, wheezing, swollen glands, blocked nose, and you don't even need it constantly. Whenever I have a need for it, a few 5 min sessions a day over the course of 1/2 days usually does the trick. The first time I bought one I had been wheezing and finding it more somewhat difficult to breath, this was brought on by a pet fur allergy, I had taken antihistamine but to no avail, anyway a few days had passed and I was still no better, worse actually.Not wanting to go to a&e I looked up other ways to help, found this salt inhaler and thought why not. It was delivered the next day and after 2 sessions I was already back to being able to breathe again. Since then I have never looked back.I've recommended it to multiple people and will continue to do so.

OMG I knew the salt inhalation was good for you having grown up in a town in Germany where it is usedAfter having been admitted to hospital with my asthma ( very unwell ) I decided to take extra steps worked after first use you can't tell if it is but moments after using the salt pipe felt my airway open upHave managed used it several 5 min sessions now & it workshave been using it along my usual inhalers but managed to reduce my relief inhaler to minimum thanks to this wonderful findShall be reordering on regular basis which I had started using this a long time agoOnly one little minor point how can you tell it's no longer effective would be good to add to info on box or maybe if coloured button changed colour may be an idea too
