I bought it confidently from the reviews, and omgggg it delivers 100%!!!I am 5ft 1 and 128 lbs currently, bought an x-small for the snuggest fit possible based on what reviews said. I lift weights and I want to start fixing my posture and being more conscious of my core throughout the day, and this is IT. This is exactly what I’ve wanted from every waist cincher I’ve ever bought, but only THIS ONE has turned out how I dreamed the perfect waist cincher should be. It’s literally perfect. I like extra snugness around my “mom pooch” just above my hips, and this is the only one I’ve found that can done exactly what I want without compromising fit/comfort. I have a short torso but that doesn’t affect the fit of the product at all which is usually not the case. The ability to customize the fit is amazing and two layers of double-sided Velcro makes this SO INSANELY SECURE! It’s amazing, it works exactly as I dreamed it would, I am so happy. I am wearing it over a cami just because I don’t want to sweat directly onto it, I don’t wanna have to wash it every other day. But it seems like it’ll hold up in the wash well. Great quality, strong Velcro. As tight as I put it I’m still able to breath through it while feeling tight and it supports my back as well. Using it post partum and so far I really like it. It’s comfortable.

I found this brand on TikTok but I ordered it on here so it could get here faster. I got an XS I'm 5'1 and 115lbs. It fits perfectly I can still make it tighter. It's not uncomfortable and its easy to put on. I think it's worth the money. I'm not sure how effective it is just yet but it does make me sweat quite a bit. I like how it keeps your back straight doing RDLs and different exercises that require your back to be straight. 10/10 forsure!

I would give this a 4/5, it's a good quality, nice and thick material so it stays in place pretty well, doesnt roll down. But, I would size up, I'm 5'9, 180lbs and wear a size M shirt, I got a M and it just fits around my hips, so I definitely can't gain any weight with it or it will not be fitting lol. So my only issue with the item is due to the comfortability of it, I wouldn't say that it is the most comfortable waist trainer. I'll give it time wearing and come back and change my review if things change...but I will say, I wish it was cheaper...

I purchased this waist trainer after giving birth lèt me tell youuuuu. This purchase was one of the greatest gift I could have give myself . The waist trainer hold in place it doesn’t move or fold around, the size of it was perfect and the vomfirtability of that waist training is unreal the functionality of it is beyond. The material doesn’t have any smell but it’s fit comfortably and the price is to say the least is great..
