Despite some initial concerns in relation to some comments that the product did not arrive in original packaging, I was pleased to receive mine in the original product boxes. Each box contains forty 5ml saline doses arranged in sets of five small twist top plastic ampules, that are easy to separate and simple to open using the plastic twist tops. Regarding references to the lack of English instructions, the product is presented as a sterile, NON-injectable, preservative free, saline solution, composed of Sodium Chloride (NaCl) 0.9g & purified water. Use on babies and young children comes with warnings regarding not forcing the solution into nasal or ear cavities. Application using the minimum of pressure is recommended when squeezing the sides of the ampules to avoid any damage to ear canals, middle ear or nasal passages. It also states that when used for eye drops, wait 15 minutes between instillations and not allowing the body of the plastic ampule to come into contact with the eye surface. Personally I would seek medical advice and direction before using on young children or babies. As some people on here seem intent on using this product in nebulisers (myself included), take note that there are clear package warnings regarding referencing your product manufacturers instructions before using in a nebuliser or with other nebulized medicines. This Includes a SEEK ADVICE FROM YOUR DOCTOR warning before first time use, or if you suffer from respiratory hypersensitivity or serious respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. Take note that these saline ampules are standard saline solution and not hypertonic saline, which is sometimes used in nebulisers. When using for any purpose, do not use a damaged or already opened single dose due to the risk of rapid bacterial contamination. The plastic ampules are sturdy enough to be safely transported or stored while still maintaining the sterile condition of the contents. Expiry dates are clearly marked on the side of each ampule, the ones I received are marked 12/2021 which is impressive. Good product at a reasonable price would recommend.

I use this saline solution to clean my baby’s nose. The price is good, and I believe the quality is as well since it was recommended by other moms — and it doesn’t seem to bother my little one at all. What does bother me, though, is the size of each unit. I need to open at least six small tubes for a simple rinse, whereas with just one tube from the brand I used before, I could get the job done easily. Still, it’s a reliable product overall, and I’d probably buy it again for the convenience and peace of mind it gives me having my baby breathing properly.
