I use Complan, the Original one, on and off for a few days if I gain 4 pounds or so. It keeps me healthy and comfortable. I have an underactive Thyroid so I put weight on just looking at food. My hair, nails and energy are brilliant when I have had a week of taking it. I like it made just with hot water from the kettle. I actually only take it twice a day because I have been doing Intermittent Fasting for the past 4 years and only eat one meal a day, in the evenings. I lose 1 pound daily when I am on it. Try it and see, you might like it too. If you make it with milk you are increasing it's calorific content so be careful.

I love Complan. So many people ask why I am dieting. I'm definitely not.I have a nerve condition that often makes it painful to eat. I use Complan almost daily. It can be used with milk or water but because of food intolerance and the fact that eating what amounts to baby food most of the time I use goat milk.I recommend Complan use to anyone who has problems with eating proper food.Well worth the cost.I get the tubs and flavour the drink with whatever flavour milk shake mix I fancy. Much cheaper than buying flavoured sachets.

My husband suffers from medical issues that effect his swallowing and therefore food he can eat is pretty limited. He has spent the past 5+ years relying on various drinks for the much needed nutrition. Originally he was prescribed things by the doctor but in the usual way of cuts we ended up having to source our own equivalent as his prescription was stopped.We tried a few different makes of various drinks and soups that claimed to offer the nutritional value needed. A reasonable amount of them were not the most tasty of things. This one however is actually quite nice and resembles a standard milkshake in opposition to anything else. It has a slightly subtle flavour and is easy to make, simply scoop out the amount and mix with milk. You do have to mix it pretty well but generally you don't get any big clumps. You can always use a coffee whisk to get rid of any little bits at the bottom.This is pretty much a meal in itself so is pretty filling and has all your vitamins you need in it. Ideal for an extra boost to your health when you are run down or low in energy or have missed a meal.We normally get this from boots, price wise it is pretty much the same price so with hubby being ill with a cold we got it from amazon :)

Complan is an excellent way to get your nutrition if you are getting over an illness or operation.If you have a small appetite during these times, I can't recommend it enough. I've recently lost far too much weight during an illness and in addition to small meals, I have found that these do the perfect job. No wonder the original flavour has been around for years. Easy to makes and has a nice aroma and taste.It says make with milk or water, but I always use milk, skimmed milk actually because then it isn't too thick, but that depends on your personal taste. I have tried it hot and cold and do actually prefer the original hot.I would definitely recommend this product, but be careful not to drink just because you like it, it will have the opposite effect to slimfast and you will put weight on. Personally I would say only use it if you are ill, getting over an op, elderly or simply have no appetite.

It’s alright ! I can’t complain about pricing because this is the cheaper one I found out.It came very quick. I basically used it for my 3.5 year old son as he doesn’t like solid food to eat that much as he should so I wanted to give him something that gives him proper nutritions or at least as much as he need. So I just give him once or twice a day mix the right amount in his milk. He liked the taste which was a little surprising for me because he is very fussy. Although it doesn’t say anywhere in description that it can be used for kids or not. I didn’t see any difference after using one pack. Maybe try an other pack make a difference. Haven’t order the other one yet !

Pleasantly surprised with this product. I was expecting a tasteless, awful textured powdered drink however it's not like that at all.I tried it just with milk and it has a kind of weak vanilla flavour. I also bought some cheap supermarket milkshakes and added the recommended amount to the milkshake for a tasty and nutritional drink. But the best discovery I had was that it can be added to angel delight. A delicious way to get nutrition in!It mixes easily with easy instructions, comes with a handy measuring scoop and can be made up in advance and be kept in the fridge for a day to save having to keep mixing up.A great buy and a product that works!
