This is my third order for this insert. I use in my basic flat UGG boots, in tennis shoes when walking for exercise (sometimes up to 5 or 7 miles). This insert helps with any pronation and tendency to get resultant back pain. I highly recommend these. BONUS - they're HSA-eligible.

I've noticed a difference of using these.. my feet & ankle is happier.. these are not full feet insoles which I do like.. they are comfy & comfortable.

Product us all fabric and lacks firm arch support like Dr. Scholls.They will do if you can't find Dr. Scholls, but no ways as good.

I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for a while, and nothing I did helped. These inserts provided me instant relief from my heal pain! I have bought a more few sets to keep in my most worn shoes. I was happy to see the guide included with the inserts giving detailed instructions for stretches as well as other tips. I now were shoes with these inserts all day (no more going barefoot) and after a few weeks, I have noticed a huge improvement. I no longer wake up with intense heal pain.

I use these on top of the factory insoles in my shoes. These work well for me, the best insoles after several years of trial and error. I have high arches and many of the newer shoe brands, including expensive brands, no longer have good arch support. I add these to the existing support which come with my shoes, so they are stacked up and that seems to work perfect for me. They haven't slid around in my shoes and blend perfectly on top of the factory insoles.
