C.E. Pattberg Biodegradable Ribbon, Pink-Yellow, 50 meter spool

Looks and feels lovely. A lot more than I was expecting for the price. Very tidily delivered and has been extremely versatile in my daughter craft project. A little thinner than expected but the length made up for it.

I used this raffia for tying up packs of Christmas cards and envelopes, so chose the Christmassy colourways but love the fact you can buy different colour combinations. The raffia comes in a spool which is SO much easier to deal with than the bundled sort! It comes out in five strands so I wasn’t sure whether there would be 10 metres of each strand. However there WERE 50 metres of all five strands which were sufficient to tie well over100 packs of 12 quality cards and envelopes in both directions with enough for a really nice bow on top. Absolutely delighted with the result and very good value for money. Am recommending this make to other friends who also want to use eco-friendly wrapping materials.

Absolutely fab. Just what I wanted to tie on to little gift bags. Can use individual pieces or altogether and cut to size as necessary. Only draw back is it's got a bit tangled up and would be helpful to have a little cardboard bit or similar on one end to feed the raffia through for use each time but lovely colours and will definitely be ordering some more in other shades

I love this ribbon it is very effective on my Christmas parcels, however it is not on any sort of reel so half way through the roll fell apart and I am now left with a tangled ball of ribbon which is virtually impossible to use. Such a shame.

Makes lovely bows when wrapping items up

You've got to be careful with this stuff. DO NOT keep the spool upright, lay it on it's side and always make sure you've got about 6" hanging out at all times or else it can get tangled or you can lose a colour inside the spool. Once you've got the hang of that this ribbon is great! A beautiful mix of pastel shades that add a lovely touch to any gift. Great value for money as well! Will buy again

Honestly, don’t waste your money on this!I bought one, I wrapped the plastic and took off both ends of paper, which unraveled the lot and it fell into a huge, clumped mess. Realised it was my mistake for taking it apart, so I ordered another.Second one arrived, I’ve kept the wrapper on, and pulled it through the hole in the top and it’s just as bad!! It either gets stuck in a while knotted mess, or comes out tied together, in a lump. No consistency at all with it. How anyone can wrap presents with this is beyond me.Don’t waste your money!
