Teva Women's Ascona Sport Web Sandal

I switched to Tevas back in 2017 when my chacos broke on me. This is my third pair of Tevas (I still have the others); my second pair brand new. As I basically only wear these sandals I can attest to their longevity.I originally just wanted to repurchase one of the pairs I already have because they’re so comfortable and looked nice when they were newer. I was able to find them for sale however they didn’t have my size; so it sent me on a search through the rest of their sandals.I don’t really know what made me choose these pair but I’m really happy with them.They are different fitting than my other Tevas and I initially didn’t see how I would like them. The strap that wraps around the heel sits lower and doesn’t have the loop to grasp for pulling them on. When I tried them on I thought this was gonna be a dealbreaker because all I could notice was that the strap was hitting my heel differently, but as I walked around the house in them I really enjoyed how all the other straps worked together to create a secure and comfortable fit.I ended up exchanging them for a half size larger since that was available and am so happy with that decision. This is the only pair that I have in a half size, but it’s what made the heel strap work and they are now my favorite pair of Teva‘s.

Love my new Tevas. Bought them through this store because they offered free returns and this was the first time I bought a half size. Arrived quickly in perfect condition with clear instructions on how to return. Lucky me, they fit perfectly!Only one issue is that the front strap does not stay tight. I don’t even notice it though, until I look down at them. So I’m still very happy with them!

I like these. They are really comfortable for walking and I like how the straps could be adjusted for my high arch and the wide part of my feet. But aren’t perfect, which I’d hope considering the high price. I wanted some thing that wouldn’t be soggy if worn in the rain. However, when it’s not raining, these shoes make my feet feel sweaty.UPDATE: These shoes lasted me 2 years, wearing them every day in spring, summer, and fall, before my feet started to hurt, which I assume is because they don't support my feet as well. But they still look great and don't smell because of the fast-drying rubbery insole. The rubbery insole is a trade-off. It seems you have to choose either hot and sticky (these sandals) or a softer insole that gets soggy and eventually smelly and dirty.

I bought my regular size and it fits as expected. They are very comfortable to wear. As some other reviewer noted, the middle strap DOES loosen as you walk but, this doesn't bother me. The strap on the toes as well as the one close to ankle are secure enough that the middle one loosening doesn't change function. The footbed is super comfortable and makes up for the loose strap. I have tried several shoes to take to Italy and by and far, these are the best.

These are the best tevas I have had. I have worn tevas for years- the ascona has wonderful arch support and I can wear these for miles. I have extremely narrow feet so I did have to put a small Velcro tab under the second strap due to the added length, which does not show. I have two pairs now and will get more as colors increase. The blue color is beautiful.

I had asked on facebook for people to recommend a good walking sandal that has good tread. (I learned the lesson on the value of good tread the hard way, and had an ER bill as a souvenir). Many people recommended Teva. So I gave them a whirl. Very happy that I did. These fit so well. The only complaint I have is that the band that goes over the middle of your foot doesn't stay tightened and I have to re-tighten it at least 1-2 x per day. Otherwise I love them.

The image on Amazon seems darkened so when the shoe arrived, the gray part was significantly lighter in person which I didnt like. The shoe was of good quality. I ordered 8.5 because I am 8.5 and it was a bit too small. The numerous straps made putting on the shoe rather tedious. You can't throw them on and head out the door. It is an ordeal. I returned these in favor of the hurricane 4 model by Teva and I am happy with those though I took the advice of others and chose size 9.

I have worn Tevas for a while. They are comfortable and offer support. I have the same style in 3 colors but wanted blue. I ordered these and they are my favorite. The straps are adjustable in 3 places: ankle, mid foot, toe. This makes them feel very secure and provides greater support. They are my favorite Tevas ever.

Ya tenía un par de Teva de otro modelo, que me han resultado muy buenas. Por eso compré este par y ha sido igual que el anterior. Tengo el pie muy delgado y por ello otras sandalias no se ajustan. Las recomiendo plenamente!!

Nel complesso buoni sandali, comodi e leggeri. Freschi e gradevoli anche esteticamente. Hanno un discreto grip, ovviamente non paragonabile a quello di buoni scarponcini, ma comunque adatto a passeggiate estive non estreme in montagna/collina. La fibbietta centrale non serve praticamente a nulla poiché dopo pochi minuti che si indossano resta lasca e non fascia il piede, ma non è un grande handicap perché comunque la calzata rimane sicura.

I liked these sandals, the style is cute and would go with everything, the sole is comfortable and supportive and I already own many pairs of Tevas so I know I like the brand.For my average feet these were a little tight in width though. The straps felt like they would dig in if my feel got hot and swelled a little as they do in the heat therefore I returned them for a different style of Teva.Faultless returns from Amazon as usual.
