Saved my sanity with twins
Amazing product. You already know as a parent that so many things you buy for babies just don't quite work properly. Well this DOES. I bought it when our twins were a few months old in an effort to get them to nap at the same time in the buggy. I'd put them in the buggy, in the garden, stick the rockit on and leave them. It worked, on our baby jogger city mini GT double, and then later on our mountain buggy duet too. It can take a little fiddling to work out the best place on a double chassis to put the rockit. But it works really well. My only complaint is the cycle is too short when my twins can nap for much longer than 30 mins (yay!). I just set the timer on my phone for 28 mins and turn it off and on again. It's so good I keep it on the buggy most of the time which can cause problems when I forget it's there and bang it into a door frame or it flies off into the depths of the car boot. It has rolled out of the boot a few times onto the ground and seems to have held up very well. The only damage after 6m of use is where some of the Rockit logo rubbed off after sunscreen got on it. The strap is starting to get a bit harder to tighten properly so I may look into getting a new one as we still use it quite a lot. I'm pretty confident i'll be able to pass it on to a friend when we've finished using it. Really great product and definitely worth the £40 and hopefully it will work as well for your baby(ies) as it has for ours. I would say this would really make a great present for new twin parents!!

Awesome peice of kit
Loved this, spent 3 nights in a row trying to settle my newborn (5 weeks old) by manually soothing by rocking the moses basket, after a few hours (newborn has colic, not easily settled) I would stop and within 10 minutes they would awake. In desperation I looked for an automatic rocker and came across the Rock-it. I am really impressed with the Rock-it. I am exceptionally hesitant to leave it on unsupervised / throughout the entire sleep however, initially after I have soothed and got the little one past Rem Sleep and put them on their back in the basket the Rock it offers some reassurance to my newborn and soothes them off. NGL it is not foolproof, however I think this is because of my baby rather than the product itself. The only caveat is that the lowest setting is still quite quick however, it is 100 x better than sitting there cramping your wrist/arm for hours on end. In addition when you click the button it does jump for a second and then got to rocking, be aware of this when you turn it on. I would Reccomends turning it on, then setting the speed then settling your child. TL;DR Helped stop hand cramping. Turned 20 minute naps into 1 hour sleeps if not substantially more. Not foolproof, newborn has started getting used to it though took a week, I would suggest once purchased try and settle your newborn for each sleep within the basket, when you are comfy reduce it so they are not reliant on the rocking motion.

It’s a Rockin’
This is my second baby and one that’s very content to be rocked to sleep in a pram. I use the Rockit daily; we rock our 15 week old to sleep, switch it on and can then make lunch, tidy up after, play in the park with our toddler etc. We use reusable batteries; I don’t think I could justify using single use ones as they do require changing on average once every 3-4 days or so. The timer last for 30 minutes, and I would say that this is one of the few negatives about this item. Our baby will often wake mid-sleep if the Rockit goes off and we haven’t caught it in time to switch it back on. What we often do is switch it on and off as we walk past. It would be great if it was on continuous/longer cycle but I’d hate to think how much you’d need to change the batteries then! The strap you attach it to can be a little fiddly but ok when you get the knack. You can buy further straps for not much money but I’ve found that ours just lives on the pram frame. The company were very helpful when I couldn’t quite figure out the best place to locate the Rockit on our cosatto travel system frame. Overall an excellent parent gadget that makes life with a baby a little bit easier.

Rocks a Chicco next to me magic cot! Love it!
I bought this to attach to my Chicco next to me magic cot. I know it says it's not for cots but I thought it would spare me rocking my colicy baby at 3am for 20min to get her to a deep enough sleep. And it did! More of a vibration/short rocking motion but works wonders in helping her fall asleep. I experimented with placement and reached the one on the video as the best one- easy to reach and turn on and also attaches well with the bracket. The only downside is it prevents the full release of the rocking mechanism of the cor, but I don't use it so not a problem for me. The natural give of the cot is enough to give a gentle vibrating sway. I had it on the bottom back bar at first and although the rocking is stronger at first, the bracket can't hold the rockit in the right place. It also is in horizontal position that way so not ideal for battery life. Had it 4 days now and it's on a lot, but the batteries are not flat. I reccomend to try it for a colic or hard to settle baby.

Great
This baby sleep aid is very helpful in creating a calm and comfortable environment for your little one. It soothes the baby, promotes longer sleep, and is easy to use. The materials are soft, safe, and gentle on the baby’s skin. Overall, it’s a practical and effective item for helping babies sleep more peacefully and giving parents some much-needed rest.

No rocking at all
Makes almost no difference There was barely a rock there at all, made no difference to my 3 month old daughter. Wouldn’t buy again

Good but need lots of batteries and a tiny screwdriver!
No idea what you mean by “thickness”!!? But I think this product is good, a great idea and it does work! Rockit to the rescue! HOWEVER, having to use replaceable batteries is a real pain, you need a tiny tiny screwdriver to get into the battery compartment, very fiddly when you have young children to tend to and you have to get in there and replace the batteries A LOT! They run out super fast. It turns itself off after 30 mins, which I get is for power saving but my bub just stirs as soon as it stops, not ideal, 30 mins isn’t long enough for me! I can attach it to my babes cot which works great but the batteries only last maybe 3x 30 minute runs..... so I’m still waking up every 30 mins 🤦🏼♀️ Not much help through the night. A plug in battery would improve this product 1000000%, I would pay double the money for a product like that. As it is, it’s great for quick naps in the pram when you get home or stop walking, does keep babe asleep for an extra 30 mins most of the time, so il take that as a win for now!
