Although there is a slight taste it is a pleasant and foody one.this means that it feels more like real food and not like I've swallowed a chemical. Perfectly digestible. doesn't seem like ascorbic acid does in supplements. A good alternative way for me to get vit C as I cannot eat fruit and veg for medical reasons! so I must find a choice of alternatives in the form of supplements.

I bought these tablets because I heard Amla was good for you and has more Vitamin C than an orange and my immune system is not very good and I rely on Echinacea. Its very difficult to get fresh Amla in the UK and if you can get Amla in supermarkets it's very expensive.I sifted through all different makes of Amla tablets but this one appealed to me so I thought I'd try this brand.On first impressions, I felt it did make a difference over Christmas and the New Year where everyone at my work place had cold & flu symptoms and I managed to avoid being affected - not sure if it was down to Amla .I only take 1 tablet a day because I want my body to get used to adding this to my daily vitamin regime but may start taking 2 per day.I think I will most probably stick to this brand and will definitely add Amla to my daily routine.Kay

Have been taking amalaki vit C for a few months now and I can tell a big difference in my wellbeing. Had a cold a few weeks ago and took a tablet every hour. By the evening my cold was gone. The next morning I woke up full of energy. It really is amazing and I especially love this form of vitamin C as it’s natural and there are no synthetic ingredients (or sugar!).My partner has cancer and our friend who is now living with us after being diagnosed with terminal oesophageal cancer are both taking these alongside other supplements. Our friend was given 3-6 months (10 months ago) He is now in remission and has left his oncologist puzzled. I’m sure that he owes it to all the supplements he’s taking as he looks and feels so healthy-nobody would guess he has cancer. I have subscribed and saved to the other supplements from this company as they are good quality and easy for the body to absorb. Would highly recommend with no hesitation.
