Facom R.360 Fast Action Ratchet with Twist Handle, 1/4" Drive

The facom ratchet is probably one of the best ratchets have invested in. With its two ways of ratcheting it comes in handy for them really tight spaces espically when working on vehicles with such limited space. Even the feel of the ratcheting mechanism is nice in your hand. Being a technician you want a nice ratchet. This really shows its quality against the big boys Mac tools and Snap On.

This is a must have tool for every mechanic/repair shop/Garage. 1. Craftsmanship is usual for FACOM/USAG - TOP. 2. The advantage in thight places compared to conventional ratchet is just priceless - timesaving enormous. 3. Very precise with A LOT of theeth! Conclusion : Buy with confidence - return on investment is instantaneous.

I reach for this first every time. Having used for several months now - awesome little ratchet, that's great in tight spaces and great for starting off tricky nuts or bolts. Slightly shorter handle and slightly noisier than other well made makes, but obviously more complicated with more moving parts.

Very useful tool if you're working in tight spaces, although the head is considerably bigger than most 1/4" drive ratchets, as it has to contain the more complicated mechanism. The ratchet performs as a standard reversible tool when moved sideways, then with the handle rotated either way tightens/loosens, like magic :) You can't really get a whole lot of torque going with the rotator drive, as it's a very small ratchet, but should be sufficient for most light-duty jobs where 1/4" drive is needed and you've no space to swing a standard ratchet, let alone a cat. Should save on much swearing. Has a quick release button too. Pricey at full whack, so best found on offer.

I was proudly shown one of these in action by a work mate in france and I had to have one. I wrote down the P/N there and then. its not cheap but you get what you pay for. Facom is a good brand. It works like a normal ratchet but when access is painfully limited, you can rotate the handle like a ratchet screw driver and the socket will rotate. This is not an everyday necessity but one day, probably when it hits the fan I will be relieved that its in the tool box.

What a useful tool in confined spaces.

Clever and useful. A little expensive but worth the money for the quality.

Great product shame it doesn’t look like the picture as the new models have changed the red push button to black. But still same thing.
