Ors hydration tablets
I get cramp and these help to prevent it starting , handy small tubes so you can take on holiday or have in your work bag or desk. Nice taste prefer the blackcurrant to orange

Perfect for Holiday Hydration!
These are the best hydration tablets - great for warmer sunny days or before/after exercise. Not too sweet and dissolve well, taste nice and seem to hydrate me without causing any nausea. Also love the travel sized bottle - I now use this in my travel bag and top it up with tablets from my larger sized tub.

Good for the morning after the night before
Good for the morning after the night before... Tastes nice considering the amount of salts in it. My only minor gripe is that you need to add 2 to 200ml for rehydration. Why not just double the size of a tablet so you only need to add 1.

Great stuff
These are underrated imo if you are exercising and sweating a lot losing salt then these will gradually replace that lost salt with the ones your body needs. A must have in the med cupboard if you've had a messy one the night before these with some food will sort you out in time.

Perfect dosage, taste and efficacy.
Taste is very good for a hydration tablet, and not overpowering. The dosage in 500mL bottle is much more convenient than a lot of other products that need 750ml-1L when using on the go for running. I have been using for 6 months with no associated digestive issues that some hydration products seem to create. Really recommend it.
