Best quality Brewer's Yeast tablets.
I love Brewer's Yeast tablets. To me, they're a snack to suck on until they melt in your mouth. They are, of course, good for you too. (I know not everyone would enjoy letting them melt in their mouths--so you can chew them up or swallow them whole too.) Solgar is an excellent brand, so these tablets are of the best quality.

Good lactation support when combined with other things..
I have been taking these pills to help lactation. I am taking 2 pills 3 times a day along with Fenugreek, Blessed Thistle, Lecithin capsules. I am not able to figure our if this specifically is helping my supply, but I am not in a position to test it out and risk reducing my supply. Hence I will continue taking the full combination of pills : 4 Fenugreek + 2 Blessed thistle + 1 lecithin + 2 brewers yeast capsule - 3 times a day. This is helping me with supply for 7 out of 8 feedings each day. I am a happy customer and will gladly reorder. The one minor complaint I have is this smells really bad, but I just gulp it down with a glass of water and am ready to bear the smell for lactation.Good luck to all mamas struggling with supply. Different things work for different people, so please try for at least 2 weeks before quitting.

It works!
My mom swears by this. She was unwell a few years back and someone suggested this to her and after using it she was back to good health. She continues to use it to this day.

Increased milk supply!
When I found out brewers yeast can help increase milk supply I immediately ordered. It significantly helped my milk supply and my energy levels. The taste and smell isn't too bad. I don't really like taking 6 tabs at a time but other brands can have you taking 9 tabs a day. Definitely worth it.

Gives you bad breath
I bought these for the gut health benefits and skin/hair benefits.I was very happy with this until about one month in. I started getting bad breath.I didn't link the two together at first but I read somewhere that someone else got bad breath after taking these.I decided to stop taking these to test it out and 3 days later, no more bad breath!It's a shame because I really did like these.
