My go-to choice of monk fruit sweetener
This is by far the best monk fruit sweetener I’ve tried, liquid or powder. Only a scoop or so is needed to sweeten your drinks, and if you mix it thoroughly with whatever powder being used (protein powder, cocoa powder, even powdered aspirin) it dissolves completely. I’ve found that adding it directly to liquids tends to make it clump, so by trial and error I found the best blending method. There’s no aftertaste in my opinion—I’ve tried many powdered drinks with it—when I don’t add this brand of monk fruit, the drink is very bland. I haven’t tried baking with it yet so I’ll have to update my review once I do. It is expensive, but because you need so little, it ends up being very economical. This is my go-to choice of monk fruit sweetener.

Go-to brand for Monk Fruit. Good quality and consistency
Great product. Ordered many times and will continue to going forward. Taste and quality are consistent. Seems pricy but you are paying for, and getting ONLY Monk Fruit. No chemicals or fillers like erythritol, etc. Just Monk Fruit. 6oz is a lot of Monk Fruit. It lasts us forever and we use it daily.

So glad I tried this!
I have never tried monk fruit before ordering this. I wanted a clean and pure substitute to sugar. I only eat sugar in fruit. I had occasionally used stevia, but found it was mixed with other stuff that I don’t want. The monk fruit was expensive, but I’m committed to my health, so I bought this powder. It did not look like a lot for the cost, but truely a very little goes a long way. I had some in my coffee with 1/2 & 1/2. I thought it tasted really nice! Stevia, for me, has a bitter aftertaste- almost slightly like saccharine. The monk fruit tasted very clean and dare I say sugar- like. I bet it’s nice in baking as well. This 5 oz package will last me a very long time. I like the health benefits as well!

Will Last a Long Time
I thought this was a little expensive, but I was looking for a natural sugar substitute with no additives so I decided to give it a try. It is a very fine powder, like confectionery sugar, but brown in color. It comes with a tiny measuring spoon which is great. Suggested serving is 1/8 teaspoon so this bag is going to last me a long time!!! I found that 1/8 t is too sweet for me so I use about half that amount. At first, I did detect an aftertaste, but I don’t anymore. Maybe I’m just used to it. It dissolves best when putting it in your cup before adding your hot liquid. It does clump with cold water, but I just let it sit a bit and then push the clumps against the side of the glass and they dissolve.Very happy with the purchase and would recommend highly!! I’m looking forward to using it in baking, tooI’m actually giving it 4.5 stars but rounded up.

Is pleasingly sweet and doesn't take much so the price is more reasonable than it seems
The monk fruit powder says it is pure which is a major plus, given the side effects of some of the sugar alcohols added to it and stevia. I like the flavor and use a small scoop for a large cup of beverage. No calories and no spike in glucose levels make this a sweet-a-holic's dream substitute. Haven't tried it in pies, custards, etc. since I don't keep sweet desserts in the house. For beverages I highly recomment it.

Good amount of sweetness.
The key to this product is using very little. I add it to green tea, a large 2-cup cup and I put two of the scoops for that large amount of tea. Using too much actually messes up the taste. It’s not like sugar where the more you add the sweeter it gets. Adding more will result in an aftertaste. Not present if a small amount used, and still sweet. The other key is to realize that it mixes poorly with liquid. Therefore, I mix it with the green tea dry And then there is no problem. I also use it for oatmeal and again I spread it around and mix it thoroughly when the oatmeal is very thick and not watery, otherwise it clumps if there is water. It’s amazing to me that there is a sweetener that is healthy as far as I know (it comes from fruit, not an industrial chemical), organic, 0 cal, and effective without an aftertaste.

Couldn't get past the taste
I really wanted to like this product. Organic, natural, zero calorie sweetener made from a fruit extract. Was a bit on the expensive side, but if it could solve my sugar craving, it was going to be worth every penny. Unfortunately, I couldn't get past the taste and after taste. If you can deal with the flavor of diet sodas, then this might be a good alternative for you. If you hate the taste of diet sodas like I do, then I would try it somewhere before buying it.

Good for baking without sugar
I used this in my latest batch of homemade pancakes, and they turned out amazing. I substituted the sugar in the recipe with just this powder and they were perfectly sweet without any weird taste. I also didn't have to worry about the extra calories. The fine powder form made it easy to add, and the pancakes came out fluffy and delicious. This sweetener is now my go-to for baking and I can't wait to try it in other recipes..
