I recieved my item yesterday after some issues with the delivery company through no fault at all with Fitness Direct who have contacted me promptly with any issues or queries i have had. The machine came well packaged with clear instructions on how to build, it took us about half an hour to put together but we do have an excited dog who does run off with things otherwise it would of been alot quicker. I also recieved a guide to the different programmes on the machine and what it does for each part of your body which I found incredibly helpful especially as this is the first time I have used one so needed the guidance. The machine has a good range of speeds varying for a gentle masssage to a powerful jiggle. I was expecting it to be incredibly loud and to my suprise it was very quiet. I struggle doing exercise due to my back not being great and I have issues with my lower legs which are hyper extended at my knees so I find running and doing the cross trainer can bring on cramps and pain in my calfs. This machine causes me no pain at all, I did simple movements so as not to be just stood there. The great thing is you can do pretty much what you want on this machine and it works every part of your body. I have only tried it a few times over the course of yesterday evening and today so cannot say I have noticed any change in my body or my weight but I have done alot of research into this and all seems good so I have high hopes and am feeling positive that I will reach my goal weight and fitness through this and walking. In all this is a fantastic product and fairly priced. I would definately advise people wanting one of these machines to go through Fitness Direct Uk.

A very good product, better than expected. Early days but hoping it will help me achieve my toning and weight loss goals. More advice on how it could be used to target specific areas of the body would be useful.

11/7/19 - Assembly ok, instructions not very informative but diagram and common sense is fine. The base weight is fine the handles and upright for console seem a little flimsy and certainly shake if not held and I think this is it's weakness as if used heavily I think parts will become loose or fail. Also the wife states the base with the movement is more like a rocking movement than true vibration plate but it does seem to work. BUT for the price and our expectations fine, will update on durability later. 19/7/19 - Overall still happy getting use to various options but mainly using the "88" manual function. Although on solid floor which is carpeted I've placed a slab of wood underneath to protect the carpet. Also I've placed some foam of the foot plate as I stand bare/sock feet and the pimple type things annoy. 27/7/19 - So gone through all the programs and ok just pick one which suits your needs. Being used daily and on occasions twice a day so durability will be tested. 3/8/19 overall happy used the various programs and ok. although you can not change the time or speeds only in the manual mode which is ok. but sometimes it would be nice to have. Definitely must be on level ground and if possible on solid floor is best. The palm sensors can not see the point as although connected the CAL/BMI index still goes up even if not touching so in someways pointless. My final criticism is having to take your hand/s off to change settings/speeds or stop/start of a program/session it would be nice if at hand on the bars/grips but it's a nice to have not a necessity. FOR THE PRICE IT'S SO FAR GOOD AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY, if you want more bells ans whistles then you will have to pay more. NOTE purchased a second unit for relative had faulty console which I reported and Bluefin sorted by sending out a replacement console so customer service at this point very good.

I feel so much better after two weeks! I have recommended this to my friends and I believe one of them has already bought one!

I did my homework, looked around various review sites before settling on this one. Arrived sooner than estimate, well packaged, I did wonder initially if it had been used, but no, easy to tell when fitting screws etc Instructions, well imagine those people who we get referred to when we have a query, the English isn't too good there are pictures and it wasn't hard to set up, oh managed without having to have a cig/swear break :) There are eyelets for the cords (for toning the arms) on the vibration plate near the back, then the cords clip on/off easily. Tip if you aren't using them the rattle a lot! First couple of uses were a bit noisy, I'd hoped for quieter, maybe everything was bedding down but now it is fantastic, it shakes more on the slower speeds, mind you it shakes you a lot on the lower speeds too. I have fibro and can't plan ahead easily because I don't know how ill I will be day to day, I'd had other things to help, ex bike etc but found that too much bother to get out and put away. With this I can work out in my usual clothes, just 5 mins at a time if need be and it is so easy. I'd love to lose weight and am hoping this will help, I also need to build up my stamina and I have poor circulation. I feel good and I feel positive I can do something which is great. I've used it every day since we've had it. Aiming at 3 goes per day, doing 1 or 2 but I've had grandchildren to stay, been achy and I've still done once. I think this will be great for me and for you too!

First off I notice the Heartrate Monitor Doesn't work as someone else stated. It is very confusing to scan through the modes and checking your BMI and other things are almost mind blowing. Just hold on if you decide to try different modes or settings because what they state as moderate is powerful and will throw you for a loop. I do love that you can hold on because all of these vibrating machines are so strong you can get hurt if you are not ready to take the movement. I started on 1 now I am venturing to 50. Once it went up to 125 and I was so scared i had to turn off the machine. I never keep it plugged in unless I am using it. It was definitely worth the money I have to say.

comme dit dans le titre c'est une plateforme oscillante non vibrante mais en soi ce n'est pas dérangeant car elle fait le job. prenez en compte qu'elle est imposante perso j'ai eu du mal a la caser mais une fois fait rien a redire les résultats sont la. plusieurs programme du moins au plus intense elastique de traction parfait pour travailler le haut du corps bref pour le prix elle est géniale semble robuste a voir dans le temps
