11/10 packaging, great smell, works great.
Packaging is 11/10, smells amazing, high quality and great for moisturising sensitive areas without the risk of harmful chemicals. Can’t speak for flavour as that’s not my use case. Comes in a box, in a box, in a carton, literally perfect packaging.

No More Butter, Margerine and Oil! Yay!!
I am so pleased to have finally bought an organic, virgin cold pressed coconut oil, at an affordable price! After being recently tested and discovering that my cholesterol is sky high, I asked myself what could be the cause, as I haven't eaten meat, fish and eggs for two years. I had to conclude that it's the butter which I've been spreading on four slices of toast every single day. So after hearing that coconut oil is a healthy substitute for butter and margerine, I first bought a tub of refined coconut oil from the supermarket, which costed £2.50. It provided a decent substitute for the butter, but I was bothered about the fact that it had absolutely no smell whatsoever, and I knew that the organic, cold pressed coconut oils smelled like coconut. So I couldn't help but wonder what else the refining process had stripped out of the oil, along with the smell. I finished that tub anyway, and decided to get an organic cold pressed one next - which turned out to be this one. Well, I am hugely impressed with the difference! This one has a mild and not overpowering scent of coconut, so it doesn't make my sandwiches taste like coconut, I only taste the food that's been put into the sandwiches. And it's got a beautifully smooth texture, which makes it wonderful for spreading. I look forward to cooking with it too, as well as using it for oil-pulling, which I've learned helps your gums hold onto your teeth better and is therefore very important and essential for the treatment and/or prevention of gum disease. And it's got so many other health benefits, among them, the consumption of 30ml a day should help you lose fat around your waist, even without restricting your calorie intake. This is all I know about the health benefits so far, and I haven't even scratched the surface! I hope to get around to researching it on the internet soon, as I'm excited to find out exactly how else this oil might be benefitting me. Reading other peoples reviews, some testified that feeding it to their dogs made their coats grow healthy and shiny. Well surely that should do the same for our hair? My hair really needs help! So how much do I consume to get that effect? I'll have to research it to find out. Yes, I've also heard about how beneficial coconut oil is applied topically onto your hair and skin, but I'm not rushing to apply it to my hair yet, I want to first find out how it can benefit my hair through consuming it, because that would provide a far more genuine result by correcting a dietary deficiency. Once having tried that, and having ingested the recommended amount for the recommended amount of time it should take to get optimum results, I'd be very happy to try using it on my hair for any additional benefits. I'm generally very concerned about my health, as I feel I'm lacking many essential nutrients, and finding out about something like natural coconut oil, which, aside from it getting you off butter and oil, is also nutritionally beneficial is an absolute pleasure!

Raw, cold-pressed coconut oil. Mild scent, multi-use, ethically sourced
This oil is made from 100% organic coconuts, cold-pressed below 46°C to retain nutrients and natural aroma. It’s unrefined and preservative-free, with a mild coconut scent that won’t overpower food or skincare blends. The texture is smooth and melts easily, making it ideal for frying, roasting, or mixing into DIY balms and moisturisers. It’s rich in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) and lauric acid, which support energy metabolism and antimicrobial benefits. The glass jar is sturdy and reusable, and the oil arrives in solid or liquid form depending on the season—both usable without loss of quality1 . ✅ Pros Cold-pressed and raw—retains full nutritional profile Mild aroma—great for cooking and cosmetic use Multi-purpose—food, skin, hair, oral care, pets Ethically sourced—£2 per litre goes directly to farmers1 Vegan and keto-friendly—zero carbs, sugar-free Reusable glass jar—eco-conscious packaging ⚠️ Cons Premium price—around £16.99 for 1L2 Solid in cooler temps—requires scooping or melting No added scent or flavour—may be too mild for some Glass jar is heavy—less portable than plastic Not suitable for high-heat frying—smoke point ~177°C 🧍♂️ Personal Verdict Used this for cooking and DIY balm—clean melt, no greasy residue, and the mild scent makes it versatile. For under £17, it’s a proper jar of coconut goodness that covers food, grooming, and kit-building needs in one go.
