Very good blocks; thin strap
The blocks were high density and provide good support while staying soft on the outside (4/5 rating). They are like the ones found at some yoga studios. The belt was very thin and felt a bit flimsy (2/5 rating).The only issue is that they don't hold up well when putting a lot of weight on them. When I put them under my back for a lying down yoga stretch, they started to lose their shape and fold slightly.
