PhD Nutrition Pre-Workout Burn Supplement, Fruit Punch

This is my second time ordering this. I felt like wonder woman. The first few takes were a bit weird: i felt dizzy and sick for the first 10 to 20 min. After that i was fine and went from my runs and gym session. I love the flavour and the smell and what i can achieve after taking it. Definitely feeling the effect of this preworkout...... currently at the gym having the best sweat I've had in ages...tried other preworkout and fat burners....but this supplement is giving me the best calorie burning effect I felt in ages....highly recommend it for hard sweaters and people looking for fat loss oriented preworkout

Only used a few times. Taste is really nice and dissolves great, no residue. Not a huge pump though, think was more placebo.

Seems to be nice tasting product. Not sure about the impact but i do lose weight but that is contributed to other factors too ;) enjoy

I have been working for 4 years to lose weight and about a year ago hit a wall where no matter what I did I couldn't budge even .1 of a kg. I am now on my third week of taking this, (only monday - friday) and I have lost 1.5kg. I have just put in for my second pot and hope it arrives before I finish my current one. I can't really rate the flavour because I mix the fruit punch one with those cheapy powerades cause it tastes like rainbow sherbert.

Paid for a tub and received about 1/3 full . Hoping the remaining 2/3's comes out in a second delivery but wont hold my breath. Very disappointing

Tastes good, gives good amount of energy for intensive workouts, good value for money

Does the job, eases muscle burn and gets me through my gym sessions without any tiredness, can definitely tell the difference when I don't use it

This product caused me anxiety and a rush not in a good way, more like when you drink too much coffee and you feel uncomfortable.
