I purchased this Bvlgari Man in Black with some trepidation, given the negative reviews you sometimes see about fake fragrances or lack of longevity. It's early days for me with this EDP., It arrived yesterday and I've not yet acclimatised to the scent. Because of this, I can say with confidence that a quick spray from this morning has so far lasted about 7 hours; I can still smell it on myself.The scent is a little "heady". I expect most would describe it as suitable for evening wear. I'm an uncultured oik though, so I'm wearing it at work. So far none of my colleagues has passed out or fled from my presence. Win. To be more specific, to my nose this is a very slightly floral, spicy/musky scent. I've no idea what the heck "Tonka bean" is, but yeah, sure, it smells of that too.It's possibly a little too intense to wear as a daily fragrance, but I don't follow fashion, so I'll ignorantly wear it during the day whenever I please, thank you very much. It makes a nice, "darker" change from my previous favourite, Hugo Boss Signature. The price seem right and at this potency, a 100ml bottle should last a good year or two. I'm afraid, I gave this one a one star. Rarely do I leave negative reviews, but because I was looking forward to it and finally I received it , I'm so disappointed. I have been buying highend fragrance from various designers and thought I would give this one a try. I'm must say, I feel I wasted my money. It smells nice, but it didn't last an hour in me. I wish the supplier would reimburse my money.
