I have ordered fabrik previousley and it comes very flat n smooth this didnt

Color Bleed. Do not buy this fabric!
Washed this fabric before using with a white towel 3 times. Color bleed turned white towels blue each time. I can't use this fabric because I couldn't risk it ruining a quilt with the color bleed.
