I ordered these to replace the gate casters i currently own, the dimensions are true, the only thing i would change is the supplied bolt, the bolt isnt rated, which is a failure point. I would upgrade it to a construction bolt or black oxide bolt. I will update n 3 months on the sturdiness and roll smoothness.

I was worried that this wouldnt be up to a challenge of a heavy custom built sliding fence/gate with an angle iron track, but I was wrong. It's actually better equiped than the original, AND, it happened to fit perfectly into the housing that we're already using. It ran smoothly for weeks while testing, and now I know that its a perfect replacement for when the original breaks (either from years of use or wear n tear to the bearings). I can rest a little easier knowing that I can use this as a replacement, install it within a matter of 30 minutes or less, and I wont have to worry about not being able to get our vehicles out of the yard or having to lift and carry the fence to open/close. Highly recommend. Will buy another!

I ordered this for my very long (18 Ft) gate covering my driveway into the yard. I currently have just a wheel on it and I am looking into making the gate an automatic one. In the transformation I will be adding a V track to keep my gate straight instead of running free as it does today. If anything is going to keep my gate from running of the trach is this heavy duty Wheel and housing. Honestly I was worried this would get here and it would be made out some light weight aluminum material and it would just melt into a puddle under the weight of my steel and wooden 18 ft long gate. So far so first impressions I think the gate is not going to win this round.

This is made for a sliding gate that moves along a v-shaped track. It’s heavy-duty and well made and should give years of service. It is stainless steel with a chrome finish.

I’m not using it for a gate, tho I can see how this would stand up to several hundred pounds worth of weight. I’m using it for a box I built in the bed of my truck. I just have a steel cable wrapped around this pulley and another one so that it can pull the box out of the bed. Works slick!

Used this roller wheel to make a slide gate for a cattle chute, and it turned out great. The wheels make it much easier to open and close the gate as needed. Definitely a great product.
