I'm new to this whole cycling thing and since buying gadgets is easier to get excited about than actually getting on the spin bike I have, naturally, been acquiring random cycling paraphernalia.First off, these clips are compatible with the Echelon EX3 bike's included pedals. Fitting them on to my shoes was very straightforward, provided off course you have a hex bit (Metric H4) for your screwdriver.Clipping in and out was a little tricky initially but I suspect that's more my inexperience than the product. Once clipped in, they feel secure and I've had no accidental disconnections.If you're in the market for an SPD set then these are definitely worth a look.

Great fit easy to fit into the shoes.

Brought for spinning sessions work fine.

Bought new winter shoes so needed new cleats. Considered buying a cheaper non branded product but wasn't much cheaper so didn't bother. I find these last the life of the shoes, would probably do longer if i could get the screws out.

These are great but had to google how to fix them
