Great Boost for Hydration and Energy!
These electrolyte tablets have been a game-changer, especially during hot weather, workouts, or long days on the go. They dissolve quickly, taste great (without being too sweet), and really help with hydration and energy levels. I’ve noticed a big difference in how I feel after taking them — less fatigue and no headaches after exercise or travel. They’re also super convenient to carry around. Excellent value and a must-have for staying refreshed and balanced!

Perfect for staying hydrated!
These electrolyte tablets have been a real help during my training sessions and especially on hot days. They dissolve quickly in water, no gritty bits or weird aftertaste, and the flavour is light but refreshing, not too sweet, and I actually prefer the taste over a lot of other branded options I’ve tried.

Electrolytes for the Hot, Bothered, and Slightly Dizzy
I always thought electrolytes were strictly for marathon runners or elite athletes pounding the pavements for hours. Me? I can barely run up the stairs (well, not in midst of a heatwave I can't). But after a few too many episodes of feeling hot, bothered, and randomly dizzy, I started wondering if dehydration might be the culprit.Enter: ChatGPT, my online oracle. When I asked for help, they (? still not sure of their pronouns) gently suggested giving electrolytes a go. So off to Amazon I went, and these ones landed in my letterbox faster than I could say “why am I sweating just from sitting still?”They’re super easy. Just plop one in water, watch it fizz like a rehydration-themed Alka-Seltzer, and drink. I've only been using them for two days (one tablet a day), and honestly, I’ve no idea if that’s the “right” amount. I'm still a sweaty mess, but now I’m a sweaty mess who hasn't had a dizzy spell today. So maybe there’s something in it?Flavour? Couldn’t tell you. They’re meant to be mixed berry, but I drowned them in blackcurrant cordial because I’m not a plain water girl, and wasn’t willing to gamble on a medicinal taste. My hydration, my rules. So: Not just for runners - also for heat-hating desk dwellers. Easy to use. Mystery flavour masked with squash. Possibly helping with vertigo. Still warm, but marginally less worried I’ll keel overWould I recommend? Sure. If you're feeling off in the midst of a heatwave, it's a low-effort fix that might just help.4 stars as I have no idea what it tastes like or if it works, but makes me feel like I'm doing something sporty. Kind of.

Great item
Great price, dissolves well and can be used in larger quantities of water for a more diluted but longer lasting drink without much loss in flavour.

A must if you sweat!
I sweat a lot, especially in the hot weather when I've finished my workouts. These tablets are really good. Dropped in water they dissolve easily and make a very refreshing drink, tasting good and replacing the lost electrolytes. I'd recommend them.

Great Value Electrolyte Tablets
These are some of the most affordable electrolyte tablets I’ve come across, and they work well. There’s definitely a noticeable difference when exercising with them compared to without, though it takes a couple of minutes to kick in.It’s worth reading up on how to use them properly for optimal effect. They also take a few minutes to fully dissolve in liquid, so a little patience helps. The tablets are a perfect size to carry in something like a running vest, making them great for workouts or long runs. Interestingly, when I was ill with a headache and stomachache, taking these seemed to help significantly—possibly placebo, but either way, they were a comfort. As for taste, I personally enjoy it (the lemon flavoured ones), though one of my friends wasn’t a fan—so it might come down to personal preference.Overall, they’re a great buy for the price.

Use with Meniers symptoms
I bought this to quickly replace lost salts and potassium after sweating them all out (yuck) after a rather brisk dog walk in +25 degree C, temperatures. I have Meniers disease and without taking this after such a walk I get an accute vertigo attack; extreme dizziness and sickness. Depending how old you are its either like being spun round on a park roundabout for about an hour or having 12 pints of beer. Not nice. Anyway I digress. This works a treat to backfill those lost salts and provide the required balance back into my ears. When I use it as a cure, it works quickly in my opinion with the dizziness visually stopping after about 10 minutes. Possibly not designed for my symptoms but it does what it says on the "tin" (plastic bottle). It also prevents cramp, which I also use this for when mountain biking in hot weather... when I'm not being dizzy and falling over.

Mixed opinions
I have a mother with dementia and she forgets to drink. Thought I would try this to see if it helped with her memory, energy and hydration.Within 4 hrs of the first drink, mum was much more alert, chatting and joking. Much more like her old self.Unfortunately the next day she had an upset stomach. Very untidy! So I had mixed opinions if this is good or not.I then decided to try it for myself to see how it affected me. You dissolve the tablet in 500ml of water, then drink it all. The taste was good, although a bit bitter towards the bottom of the glass where it hadn't dissolved completely. It didn't seem to reduce my muscle pains or cramps. The next day I too had an upset stomach.Perhaps this product is good for sportspeople when they are exercising hard, or perhaps occasionally for those with dementia to give them a boost (and a clear out!) but for me it's not for everyday use.
