Waterpik(WP450E2) Waterflosser Cordless Plus Travel Water Jet

My dental hygienist recommended this product and she was right that it does exactly what it should. My teeth feel lovely after using it and my dentist has commented how clean my teeth are.Took a bit of getting used to and can be a little messy to start but it’s only water!

I was recommended this product by my dental hygienist. She suggested it because I have slight receding of the gums. I use this product every evening, filling it up once with warm water and a little mouthwash for the top teeth, and refilling it again for the bottom.It definitely works, at the risk of sounding a bit gross you can see the food debris that the water jet flushes out in the sink after use. It can be a bit messy at first, but once you’re used to it, it’s very simple, very quick and very effective.One star dropped simply because the recharger has to be plugged in to the back of the product, and I would prefer it to have a stand like an electric toothbrush. Plus there’s no charge light indicator so I don’t know when it needs a recharge until it stops, nor do I know when it’s fully charged after I plug it in.These are quite minor details, the product itself is very good indeed and I would definitely recommend it if you get food stuck between the teeth. Having used this product and seen how much gets stuck in there I really don’t think a toothbrush alone is sufficient, and this is much quicker than flossing or using those mini brushes for between the teeth.Recommended!

I had a more expensive Flosser and replaced it with this one. The charged battery last longer, the water power is more than adequate at two power settings and it simply does the job.I have a brace and have had this three years and wouldn’t now be without this product. Will also fit in your handbag too.

Would I have bought this if my hygienist hadn't suggested it ? I doubt it. It was much larger than I anticipated. Water goes everywhere. You need to see a video of how to use it. It says you can clean the inside of your teeth but I'm not sure how it's possible. However it does get debris out of your teeth so maybe it does work .

I’m well impressed with the cordless water pick. I don’t have a mains shaver socket in my bathroom and despite hearing that mains was the best I find this cordless model has plenty of power and does what it’s intended to do. I’d definitely recommend it. Don’t be put off by the fact it’s cordless. It’s a good quality well made water pick and the battery lasts a long time.

I have had all my teeth capped, and this product really cleans in between each tooth! Best wishes, Garry
