Garmin watch band for Forerunner 920XT, Blue and Black

Replacement strap: Direct replacement of original strap, easy to fit

Apart from being a bit pricy this is a good quality genuine replacement. Screwdrivers are supplied with the band so it's very easy to fit the new band. My original strap lasted 6 years but I only wear the watch for running 3 times per week. Repeated flexing of the band will eventually tear at the stress concentrator areas on the band so the user has to take care not to put too much strain on the band particularly when taking it off, which is when there's the most stress on the band.

The repair kit comes with a brand new pair of bands, and all the accessories that is needed to the fix. The work takes 5 minutes and couldn't be easier. I got an advise of not to tighten too hard as the screws can break. I'm passing this advice on.

I think this was little more expensive than it needed to be, but it is the official strap and it was nice that it came with the screwdrivers to take the old strap off. My old strap lasted 4 years before one of the links snapped, I would be happy if this replacement lasted as long. It was amazing just how much stronger and flexible the new strap feels. I guess the straps just get weaker and more brittle over time.

Spot on, but will only last about 2 years. This is my 3rd one now, and all snap on the same place.. But for a few pound it's worth it..

I was a little wary, but if this isnt the genuine article it is as good as it in my view. I swapped out the broken (clasp) side of the 6 year old strap 12 months ago, pretty easy with the tools and fittings provided. Not a sign of wear. I also have a Roadrunner 745 acquired in the meantime, and I have to say the 920 is back in favour on my runs, just terrific battery life in particular compared to the newer (and admittedly smaller) kit. So the other half of the strap will probably also get used if the original fails.

Replacement for the original band. This is my third one - unfortunately these fail after a year or so - poor design I guess.

This replacement strap is perfect. Appears to be genuine and comes with the tools necessary to make the repair. Hopefully will last another four years, like the original 920xt strap!

Well packaged, fast delivery, and good material. Unfortunately, I know this wrist band has a short life time (2 years) and the problem is not the seller, but the manufacturer. I have to but a new one every 2 years.

Band arrived quickly as expected. I replaced my old band last night and it was very easy and quick - less than 5 minutes. Like many others here, my old band was cracking on the underside in one of the seams. I just noticed it a week ago and ordered this the following day because I didn’t want to risk losing or damaging my valuable watch. My old band lasted almost 3 years (with the last year of wearing this watch 24/7). I know a lot of people complain about having to replace the band, but I see this as a fairly cheap protection for my $400 watch. The band looks just like my original band - seems to be genuine Garmin and fits just like the original. After examining the old band and seeing where it was starting to fail, I realized it happens because you have to bend the band upwards in order to remove the watch. I’m going to try to keep my watch on my wrist so this band lasts. Overall, very happy with the price, quality, and shipping process!

Il prodotto è originale quindi di buona fattura. Esattamente identico al precedente che avevo. Giunto in tempi molto rapidi consegna a domicilio. Arriva con gli utensili e le viti utili per il montaggio cosa non trascurabile! Consigliato.
