Pure Water, Peace of Mind – RAMA Gravity Water Filter Delivers on Every Promise!
I’ve been using the RAMA Gravity Water Filter for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance and design. It’s simple, efficient, and perfect for households that want clean, great-tasting water without depending on electricity or plumbing. The filtration quality is excellent — the water tastes noticeably fresher, and there’s no chlorine or metallic smell. The gravity-based system works smoothly and doesn’t require any complicated setup or maintenance. I also appreciate that it’s made from durable, food-grade materials, giving me confidence in its long-term use. Another big plus is the cost-effectiveness — no need for expensive cartridges or frequent replacements. It’s also eco-friendly, as it doesn’t use power or generate plastic waste from bottled water. Overall, the RAMA Gravity Water Filter is a reliable, low-maintenance, and affordable solution for safe drinking water. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a practical and dependable water filter for home use.

Filtration is good
Since I couldn't use RO or UV, I was looking at gravity water filters. Water also not that worse in my place Before buying rama, I checked many filters like kent, pureit for gravity water filter but problem is pureit kent need too much maintenance don’t have time for that pouring water also slow in kent and pureit was slow kent also has issue of white sediment if you boil water. And pureit classic was discontinued in official website it self future of it doubtful Got confused in buying gravity filters after while found this Rama filter got to know it been there for 50 years but still have doubts because why its not well know in market and checked review about it filtration it was good so went with this one brought one because don’t have much choice. Let come to actual product Steel is good and shine durability will have to check not sure about it because its new. as of now at first glance shine and good looking steel drum For the price they charge, I don't know why they don't give steel taps instead of plastic ones. If I’m not wrong drum making cost must be around 3k to 2k and 4 ceramic candle cost must be around 2500 approximately actual must be around 5k to 6k only for 32 litre but they charge around 8k disappointed with price. Filtration was good as you see the image you can notice colour difference in water before and after filtration and retained natural taste of water. So, I was satisfied with this part Important thing you must keep in mind before buying that this doesn’t filter hard water that has calcium and contaminated water with chemicals. Second important thing gravity water filter doesn’t change water taste. If you used can water or RO UV treated water taste this filter not for you because it just retains the natural taste of water doesn’t change anything This good for soft bore water, rain water and municipality water or corporation water. Or check water TDS for more accurate understanding if your water in your place is drinkable or not Capacity of this they mention 32 litres but it totally drum but that doesn’t make sense because if you over fill second drum that has filter water it just leak this not manufacture issue it just marketing issues keep in mind if you buy 32 litre you just half of it that means 16 litre is actual capacity of it Example if you buy 8 litres model you just get 4 litre be wiser before choosing size. Packaging was good don’t have any issues in miss part or damage drum everything is fine Final verdict: quality is good but product is expensive plastic tap for 8k 9k products was not good. After 5 month usage: Water quality seem good but candle plastic get breaks while cleaning. I think it because of poor quality of plastic Since it doesn’t have any warranty for candle I break candle further to see whats inside but it just carbon protect with ceramic nothing special still it does given job for cleaning water

What you see is what you get
This product is all it promises! We are more than satisfied with the Rama gravity filter, and congratulate ourselves on this decision every day. In the last several years, as our local water supply is not very reliable, we have been using boiled water for drinking. This is quite a nuisance, not to mention a waste of gas/ electricity. Looking around for other options, we've considered the RO purifiers that everyone seems to have these days, but they seem more trouble than they're worth. Plus, we were not entirely convinced that it's completely safe or good. For one thing, RO seems to remove a lot of the minerals naturally present in the water. Activated charcoal (AC) filters caught our fancy because they are considered safe, plus as a more natural, standalone system, not dependent on electricity or running water, it seemed easy and convenient to use. Finally, we took the plunge and bought the Rama gravity filter. Though it was more expensive than the other AC filters available on Amazon, it also seemed to offer more. And after a few initial hiccups, we are so glad we did! No more boiling, cooling and juggling endless pots of water. Just fill up the upper chamber in the evening, and it descends overnight, giving you a comfortable 10-12 litres that more than lasts us through the day -- we are a three-member family most of the time, with two more members in and out of the house. As an additional precaution, we also use copper bottles for drinking, which hopefully will kill any germs that make it through the ceramic, charcoal and silver! If you have read the other reviews of the product, you will guess that the initial hiccups revolved around the plastic tap! It's true that the tap has a tendency to leak. We found it needed frequent tightening. Fortunately, we had ordered a steel tap as well, and we are using that now, saving the plastic one as back up. Apart from the tap, the Rama gravity filter is an excellent product, but the customer support is SUPERLATIVE! They answered every question promptly, politely and knowledgeably. In this age of infuriating and unresponsive call centres, it was a pleasure communicating with them. We have some concerns about the environmental impact of discarding the candles after six months, and plan to use only one candle at a time, rather than the recommended two. When we asked them about this, they immediately couriered us two additional hole blockers, free of charge. (They also offered to send us spare washers for the plastic tap if we wanted them.) There was a detailed explanation of the life of each part of the candle, and they also mentioned that they were planning to make the AC part of the candle replaceable, so as to extend its life. The filter, of course, will outlive us all!
