Was taking 3 tablets per day one hour before sleep. I struggle with restless legs and it takes me a long time to get to sleep. These helped me rest and sleep better! I realised this when I ran out... after 2 days of not taking them, mt restless legs returned. Cant say for sure, but I convinced these have helped

I've been recommending ZMA supplementation for many years. Yet because ZMA is just a mineral supplement—and other supplements like creatine and NO-boosters seem to promise more..people walk away .. ZMA is not a testosterone booster. Yes, research shows that it may help athletes maintain higher testosterone levels during intense training periods, though it is not designed to boost levels of the primary muscle-building hormone. It's simply the most effective way to supplement with two very critical minerals: zinc and magnesium. These minerals must be taken in food / supplemented for healthy recovery and your bodybuilding progress. Also it makes me sleep like never before , waking up fresh and ready for my day .. this might only be a placebo effect but I'm happy enough ! I previously stated in my another reviews of this brand the issue with "safety seal design " and it's annoying that it still same .. hence 4* Mat

ZMA - a simple thing that does do what it's supposed to do which is give your testosterone a bit of a lift with a little help from some zinc. Good for colds too. The irritating thing of course is that its sold as if some magical elixir with a price to go with it when in fact it probably cost pennies to knock up. So, I buy from the likes of Amazon focusing on price for the product (including delivery which even on Prime can be a hidden cost with 3rd party) and this time I bought this stuff. Which is the same as the ZMA sold by just about everyone else. I've been using it for years and as 50 year old gym user I'd like to think I'm still in reasonable shape. Certainly I'm lifting and repping more than many half my age. Part of that of course is that I try and always have - I'm not a mobile phone surfer in the gym for sure - but also I try and eat well and use the odd supplement of which I find ZMA is effective. When working offshore I've once in a while run out of it and after a few days I do feel my general gym performance is lower. That may be psychological but there is good evidence to say that zinc and magnesium together do increase testosterone a bit. The other side effect is that even at my advanced age the combination of gym and keeping up a level of testosterone helps things remain 'perky.' I'll take that as an add on win. So this is good value ZMA. When I need to buy some more I'll check out the price to see if it remains competitive.

Do not trust these- security seal breached on 2 seperate bottles. Ordered a bottle, securty seal looked like it had been half opened. Amazon sent me a replacement, the seal wasn't even there! Turns out it was stuck in the lid. The Seal says "sealed for your protection" on it. Disguting QC. Will not be buying from Bulk again, don't put anything in your body from a company with such little care to basic safety procedures.

I like Bulk as a company and generally love the quality and price of their products. Whilst I'm sure this product contains what it's supposed to, the forms of Magnesium in the product (Citrate and Oxide) can produce digestive upsets in some people and that was certainly the case for me. I was fine taking 2 capsules a day for a couple of days, but then I began to suffer profound levels of cramps, wind and diarrhea! Obviously not everyone will have this reaction, each person will need to try it for themselves and see how they get on. Fortunately Bulk also sell a chelated form of Magnesium (Magnesium Bisglycinate) which is much gentler on the digestive system and so I've switched to that and so far I've had no problems. The reason I want the extra magnesium is that I take a fairly large dose of Vitamin D per day, and Magnesium is required to allow Vitamin D to be properly utilised in my body. My Inessa multivitamin, whilst otherwise excellent, doesn't contain any magnesium, so I need to get it elsewhere. Anyway, I'll give this 3 stars since I'm sure it contains what it's supposed to, but I can't go any higher than that due to my unpleasant experience with the product!
