I was pleasantly surprised to find that they taste great! I am not very keen on the taste of supplements usually, which puts me off taking them. The mixed berry flavour of these gummies was honestly delicious.

The product is great, the delivery was catastrophic. The driver knocked at my door, and although there is a clear sign to wait for me, he went away without a word or a card to tell me where the item was. Furthermore, he said he left the item behind the wheelie bin and it was inside. Only today, going on the website, I saw that the item resulted delivered. Every Wednesday (yesterday) we have a bin collection. Luckily yesterday was the turn of the black bin, otherwise my things would have gone in the trash. On top of that, the driver went to the wrong house and to come to mine left two gates open in a high wind day. Terrible! For the future, it’s easier to put things in the garden container on the side of the house.

So back in 2015, when on my hair growth challenge, I was having these, but the strawberry flavour, and within the first bottle, hair growing QUICK, my brittle nails stronger, and skin clear as a dream. I stopped after about a year, (can’t remember why). I though did prefer biotin soft gels (better results, hair shining, growing after the first few!), but they’re no longer available by nature’s bounty, so this was always my next choice.Fast forward 2020, the year everything got cancelled... I’m coming to the end of bottle number two = 120 tabs in, bottle three coming in a few days, then I think I’m gonna cancel my monthly subscription, because the flavour is alright, but no big wow about it, it’s too sweet! Leave me sucking the juice all out my back teeth shook I’m gonna end up needing an unwanted dental appointment! 👀I tend to give the bottle a shake half way down to discipline them to stop sticking together, but I’ve personally never had that problem where you can’t smoothly get two out at a time as others has complained about.. Just shake the bottle! I know my hair, and this ain’t done jack for it! My skin looks really really good though! But is it due to this? Or the fish capsules I started taking at the same time?? Or the bentonite clay mask I started doing at the same time too? (Hair skin and nails, right?..lol). Nails still brittle and weak, but thumb nails growing hard and long before splitting and saying goodbye... (always the way).Quite frankly, I’m not very impressed revisiting this product.. I looked at my older bottles of this and zoomed in, they were WITH BIOTIN! True my two bottles were but my third one came WITH COLLAGEN! And the actual product now is being advertised S just that... WITH COLLAGEN! They keep changing and messing with it! I don’t need that! My body is now properly rejecting it all my cheeks are broken out like I’ve never seen! New subscription arrived today July 1st, with collagen, but it’s getting sent back as I e just figured this whole mess out. The last week of these won’t be taken. I know my body. Had 106 in total. I was extensioning my hair two days ago (thorough job), where it became apparent that my thick Afro hair has actually dropped in some areas, surprisingly shorter, and stumped my growth if anything! My hair was doing just fine without it. I agree with some on here, not natural and just stay away! :(

I was sceptical that these would work but nails have never been stronger. I have long thick hair anyway but lose alot on a daily basis and have noticed it's not coming out as much and have lots of new hair growing. Would definitely recommend

Been using these for month after buying more expensive ones that didn't work for me but these are fantastic plus I'm already seeing my hair improving in thickness and condition.Would recommend these.

I've tried a few different brands of hair, nails and skin gummies before but never liked the taste much to continue using them. I decided to give these Nature's Bounty ones a try for a change and was surprised that they are really delicious and have a good texture as well. These have all the ingredients you need for healthy skin and hair such as Biotin, Zinc, Selenium and also Collagen which is difficult to find in vitamins. I've already noticed my skin is more glowing and I'm definitely going to carry on using these to see if there are further benefits from taking them longer term. A little bit expensive but they taste great and are easy to take so will always be on repeat buy!
