I started taking this 5 months ago. But when in the first box which I got from the chemist the pharmacy told me that I need to take it for six months than I will see the difference in me. But when I tried to get my third box they didn’t have it so I started to order it on Amazon which is better as I can order ahead before I ran out. Plus delivery next day and straight to my door so I don’t need to go out in bad weather for it. The product does work as I have noticed the whites of my eyes which used to be brownish colour is now improved and are white, my skin is healthy and hair, nails as well, but you need to continue to take it. The oil capsule and the multi vitamin tablets works and it is a peace of mind knowing that you are having a good in take of vitamins every day. There are different types asks your pharmacist which is right for you, or if your a religious person like me pray to be guided. I am on my 6 box and determined to continue to take them everyday, plus learning how to eat and exercise helps me. If we want a good healthy life then take seven seas or other brands that will help to promote a good healthy lifestyle in you.

Yes they’re quite big tablets but who cares if they make you feel less rubbish!I have been taking these for nearly a month and I notice the difference already. I’m 44, not sure if I’m peri menopausal because I’ve always had awful PMT. I have been on Citalopram for year but still struggle during my menstrual cycle…. But not this month!! I haven’t cried or felt like just sitting and eating cake instead of working ! I haven’t been angry at people for breathing!! I feel so much better, I really hope this continues.I have ordered my next pack, we’ll with the money, total game changer for me.

Very convenient
I was a bit worried about buying vitamins off Amazon but I've been buying these for years and have had no issues. They are the same as the ones in the shops.I notice a difference in my nails in particular when I take these, they are much stronger. I'm not sure what else it's doing but sometimes my diet is not great (when I'm ill or stressed) so I like to take these all the time just to make sure I'm getting everything I need.There's no taste with either capsule.
