Just as I have expected to get from Love Life Supplements this is a well thought out and well formulated supplement.Magnesium is a really important mineral that is responsible for hundreds of enzyme reactions in the human body and is really supportive of good sleep, supporting the immune system and even muscles.There is lots of research showing the importance of Magnesium and also highlighting that we don't always get adequate amounts of it. This is why this is a supplement that many nutritionists recommend.The issue you have with magnesium supplements is that they typically have only one form and the different forms have different benefits and combining them provides a synergistic benefit. So just taking one form does not give you full benefits that magnesium can provide.You can get get supplements with multiple magnesium forms like the Bio Optimizers Magnesium Breakthrough on Amazon which is also really good and contains 7 forms of Magnesium and is provided in capsule form.What I liked about this supplement is it has 7 forms of magnesium but it also additionally has B6 and Manganese (Which add additional enzyme and digestive support) My stomach is sensitive but I have no issues with taking 4 capsules of these. Also there are no fillers, flow agents or anti-caking agents with this which is a key differentiator as well.I have also noticed that my Oura ring has shown better sleep and less stress when I am taking these so they are definitely having a positive impact on me.

I'm a big fan of this magnesium supplement and feel it's one of the best out there for sure. Apparently a high percentage of people are deficient in magnesium these days so for me it's an essential part of my regime. I take 2 with my first meal as part of my natural testosterone support regime and also 2 before bed to help with sleep which I find really helps.If you look into the different forms of magnesium available you'll see they all have different effects and benefits on the various systems in the body so I think it's important to try and take it in as many different forms as possible. This is why I think this is one of the best magnesium supplements out there as it has you covered for almost every form. LLS has also mentioned that they're looking to include 'L-Threonate' in the future also which would be the icing on the cake.Probably worth mentioning also that as a company these guys are on another level not only from a customer service standpoint, but also for the quality of the supplements they put out there. They're one of the few good ones out there that genuinely seem to care about the quality of their formulations and the ingredients they use which is really important to me when buying supplements.

I have been taking this magnesium complex supplement, and I have been extremely happy with the results. The main reason I take magnesium is to help with relaxing and muscle relief after exercise, improving my sleep whilst also helping with improving my energy and stress levels whilst at work.Because there are seven different types of magnesium in this supplement, rather than just the one as with many other supplements, it is super convenient to take multiple variations of magnesium which support different functions in the body, thus ticking all the boxes as to why I take magnesium as a supplement .The magnesium glycinate helps with my sleep, anxiety and stress,Magnesium Taurate helps with sugar levels. Magnesium orotate helps with stamina and energy levelsI take Magnesium lactate and Magnesium Citrate to benefit and support the the function of the heart, nervous system, and digestive system. Magnesium malate and Magnesium Oxide help with my stress levels, especially if i get headaches.Overall the capsules are very easy to swallow, I have never had any stomach issues with them, something that I have had when taking other magnesium supplements. turning 60 i have noticed a definite change generally within my health and well being albeit a regular gym user ... my sleep during menopause has been terrible to say the least waking up at least 4-6 a night only really getting less than 2 hours quality sleep in between. Since taking these for a while my sleep has improved to a deeper sleep (although still waking up around 3 times a night) pulse rate has slowed down and muscle recovery is much improved ... I also seem more alert during working hours dealing with the day to day obligations of my profession... so far so good - would recommend
